Wish Upon a Star
Dusty Farkworth
Ó9-9-2007

I sit and wish upon a star
Thinking of how wonderful you are

Memories of a forgotten time
Hints of loves sweetness sublime

Bodies tangled in sweet passion
Hearts beating with compassion

Feelings of love embraced
Hurtful feelings being erased

As memories flood through my mind
Of a love so sweet it will last through time

I sit and wish upon a star
And realize how wonderful you are

The wish fulfilled beyond compare
Because you my love are already there

Least I forget in times forth coming
May I remember our hearts in the past drumming

Loves sweet song
And where I belong

So no need to wish upon a star
Because my love of who you are
