Our eyes meet
A sideways glance in a gallery of
Profitable pictures
You motion with your headdress
I stare at khaki shirt
Heaving breast
Brown horsehair shoes
I am reluctant
You are warm and laugh at my
duck-down crown
Outside hot air tumbles across my face
blowing destiny dust
You lead I follow
Lost in crowds and thought
Toward a blue house horizon
Your bare feet on wooden stairs
Rooms bright and bed so soft
as pillow lips part and depart
Long hair spread on daisy sheets
Our mutuality begins
We strain to trade places
A journey of unity unbound
The flow of a white-capped river
Released by dams of desire
We reach for each other
From within

Within & without

A fairly new voice at Literotica gives quite a bit of good imagery,

But the poem works in stops and starts.

It lacks coherent/continuous flow.

Perhaps the poet tries to do to much in one poem?

Perhaps it is too many personal pronouns?

Keep reading and writing.
