To purge the mind,
body, and soul.
It isn't pretty.
Verbiage mess

Do you feel -the
need to clean?
Sticky, sweet,
splattered page.

A pretty day,
one rainy weak.
On bended knee,
I began to run.

Gag the brain
until it spues.
Retch and barf
to get it out.

There is no cure
for word sickness.
Expel all chunks,
onto the shoe-

of my pen.
