List the kiss from Kaddish,
risk the bliss, brick from brick,

You've taken me in your arms,
with the red matzo,
you've swallowed me whole,
the fish within a fish,

Your first cup of wine,
-no more fish charms,
you lean to your left,
and say that you love me.

He persists because of her kiss,
and in the midst of her worship,

He asks,
"Why is it on other nights...
Why is it tonight--you've twice shared
your true prayer?"

She replies,
"Because you are wicked.
Because you are mine.
Because you'd share with me
your fourth cup of wine."

Next year in the Haggadah,
we may reminisce, wash hands, subsist
you may list your loves before me,
whether Elijah, Enlil, or Moloch the Mother,
whether red runs from your wrists,
whether Death reaches right in,

You'll be my solipsist,
my center,
my heart torn to pieces.
