a crisp white shirt draped about you in straight lines
you were in that moment neither man nor woman
but an angel
and with your smile
you borrowed a piece of my heart so large
it nearly ceased beating
love lodged in my throat
saving no room for speech
I could not call out to you so weak I was struck
and so you walked away,
more than half my heart stuck on your shoe

...mind the sewer, please

Very nice, though I think it is not about risk, but instead how crappy you feel when you freeze up and don't take the risk?

Something to enjoy

On this low volume day;

Giving your heart out

Risks so much pain.
