tagNon-Erotic PoetryYes, I played around again

Yes, I played around again

Love dismissed at one end,
Sweet nothings were lost upon you,
Words offered amounted to agony,
Ever to live without passion,
Why should I accept that.

Oh, I did something wrong?
Nothing was looking good your way,
That which I crave not given,
Infidelity may want your tears today,
I cried when you forbid me your kiss.

Now I well know another man's face,
Now I feel most beautifully redirected,
Now I'm smiling serene,
Happiness like throwing hearts,
My spirit for your soul.

Very close friends,
That ever increasing crowd,
Their lovemaking couldn't wait,
Everything better equipped at night,
Everything alive like diamonds.

Doing damage the other night,
Worst wrongs since sweet morning,
Such desire melting together,
Can't turn back, right certain,
True credit goes next door.

I'm taking my breath back,
It's okay that you burned me,
Kept twisting me up hard,
Break-ups, make-ups,
And sweet melodies.

I'll apologize when I'm done,
With blinding byres of shame,
Then again, not feeling too much,
Yes, I played around again,
I just didn't love them.
