a little weary: future unknown,
mind like oak trees in autumn,
mind like crickets' hum,
mind like a private parade
(into which one might "fade,")
mind like a far-flung, alien galaxy,
mind like Basho's samurai father,
mind like summer snow,
mind like stone soup,
mind like empty idea cup
