Have you ever felt lunacy
quickly take over your body?
And assume the shape of objects?
And flash lightning in your mind?
And sometimes mimic doom?
And then show you what's to come
much better than what it is?
And let you smell a colour
that makes you go on a journey
without end
or resignation?
And felt a push on your kidneys
on abyss descent 101
and turn abysses into recreational joyrides
and into novelty filled burrows?
And make giants out of some
and madmen of the rest?
And audaciously
stand up to impossible
and win and win and win
until impossible becomes predictable?
And when everything appears perfect
take it a step further?
And what of unravelling new lives
for those who claim there is but one?
And what of finding new ways for anything you can think of?

Only you, madness, can change the world
as many times as needed for individual eyes.
Only you can give reason
to all reasons needing to be held.
Everything but you is contagious routine.
Only you have wings to give
to those who take them from you.
