i see you everyday, yet you never seem to see me
i stare at you and you gaze right though me
your smiles in my direction are meant for someone else
you see only what you want, and i am not she
you have no idea how much i think of you
the very idea of you kissing me, touching me,
you are in my every thought, every breath, every heartbeat, my very blood
you are the source of my complete happiness and complete sorrow
and yet, i am nothing to you
your beautiful smile lights up my life
your kind words to others makes my spirit soar
your are all i could hope for in a man
you are everything to me, and nothing at all
