Your different,
Your eyes don't stray.
You look directly my way.
You do not do as others do;
Think nor say.

You see behind the mask;
Through façade and past,
To a place I keep hidden
Not impervious to pain.
A place where all my demons are ,
As of yet un- slain

You look at me
And see all I crave.
You do not pity, cringe nor cry.
You simply look me in the eye.
Unflinching,taking in, the rivers I have dried.

I love your different way,
I'm glad that you are so,
And simply there is nothing more to say,
As there is no one like you,
In any given way.
