I can see your face
Your engrossed gaze
It's hot, and the air so still
I'm naked, bare again
To indulge in the knowledge
Being so clear about
A love so shared.........I wipe my brow.
I can see your face
The look, mixed with the love
It's hot, and the air so still
I'm comfortable in my body
Sweat glimmering, remembering
The two of us, slipping and sliding
Until we become one.
I can see your face
Staring back beautifully from
Your captured image
It cradle's my venerability
And rocks through to my soul
Off softly I go
Safe, secure, and with you once again
On this hot, still, and memory filled
Magic night.....dreamlike
And handling me just right.
