ZMP~ A mountain's tear drops
The shorelines laden
of stones and sand
tear drops from
a tempered Mountain.
The river washes
them all away
or a mountain of tears,
would surely lay.
A stones ultimate quest?
That would be ...
to make it the bottom
of the deep cold sea.
Laying in the baking
sun's torturous light
wishing for water
that shines stones bright.
Beat by wind and sand
then pelting rain
the tormenting sun
will prevail again.
Hoping to be the next
stone that is cast
a millennium of waiting
for the day they 'splash'
Breaking tranquility by
shattering a liquid mirror
another mountain's tear drop
made it to the river.
