"I love you, Baby Girl."
She could hear his soft drawl as clear in her mind as she had in her dream. She could almost feel him there with her, the moment was so strong. Somewhere deep inside her she knew, despite all the miles that separated them, he could feel her longing for him. He was longing for her. A warm smile touched her lips and she let her eyes flutter shut, content, at least for the time, to drift back to her dreams.
