You are Worried about the wrong shit
You people are trying to figure out if she forced him to listen to a confession damn what little minds. Your worry is like "a truck broadsides a car and you are talking about the color of the damn shoes of the car driver." The main thing is the car got hit. Not sure how you derived your opinion that he had 'pussy attitude' about his marriage. He adored his wife, she publicly cheated on him while he was 'in harm's way' he divorced her and to a great extent balanced the scales.

No right to force her confession on him and he should have had no reason to listen to it and accept it from her. How does this help him in moving along with his life.
