But he did notice. "You're home from work early." He said one afternoon instead of a greeting.

"Hi honey." She thought about how to answer before going on. "Well, about that. I lost my job last week, Seth."

"I'm sorry, baby. Are you okay?"

"Yes, it was a change I saw coming with new management. There's a good side to it, though," she wrote.

"Yeah, what's that?"

"I'll be here whenever you need me now."

She waited only seconds before he replied. "Ohh, I love that idea since I need you all the time."

She closed her eyes and heard his voice in her mind. A longing to feel his arms around her began deep in her stomach. There was only one reason she wanted to be here for him every day. She loved him totally, with all her heart and soul, forever.
