Keith was already too far down the street, and without a further thought, replied that he would be willing for Max to have her as a second husband and to enjoy all the pleasures and rights on an equal basis. Max thought carefully and then said "I might just hold you to that" and they set off without further discussion.

When Keith dropped him off, he thanked him for a wonderful evening and said that he would be in touch very soon. He didn't specify how or when, and Keith didn't ask.

When he returned home, Delia reprimanded him for allowing things to go as far as they had, but he simply reminded her that she was a willing participant and reported what he had seen through the French windows previously.

He asked her if she had enjoyed it and if she was willing to continue their relationship with Max. Delia the slut was only just under the surface and her response was very quickly forthcoming and positive; he could see that she was already deeply in love with him and nothing would stop her, whatever he said

He asked her to relate how their sexual activity had begun on that evening when he looked through the window, and was amazed at Max's audacity from what she told him.

It seemed that they had just chatted to begin with, but he was very flattering about her looks and dress. Obviously she had not been expecting to see him any more than Keith had, and was just wearing a simple blouse and skirt, although the skirt was quite full, as was the fashion at the time.

There was an open fire and she had knelt down in front of it to put a fresh log on. Max suggested that they meet for a lunchtime drink in a local pub near the office, because he could arrange to break a journey the following day to stop by. After the usual greetings, and joint recollections from their evening together with Delia, they got down to brass tacks.

"If I understand you right Keith, you want to allow me to sleep with your wife, but more than that you are willing to share her with me as a lover, or kind of joint husband, with all that that implies; is that exactly what you want?

I am very willing to go along with that - obviously it is very attractive to me to not only fuck your wife when I want, but also to enjoy her in every other way as well. Don't miss-understand me, but as a naval officer I can't have a whiff of scandal about me, it would destroy my career.

I don't suggest that you want to separate from Delia, but if you did at any time, I would have to be protected so that I could not be cited in a divorce case, because you have colluded with me by allowing me have intercourse with her.

I think that what we would need is a written agreement that would protect us both in that case, but also to set out the details of what all three of us are expecting, and willing to do."

Keith was rather taken aback by his suggestion. He had just assumed that they could simply agree that Max could visit Delia or take her out and fuck her, and that he wouldn't have any objections. On the other hand, he could understand his concerns since, at that time, the only grounds for divorce were adultery or cruelty and he couldn't possibly expose Max to a court case.

Keith was also very nervous about yet again signing a written agreement to allow someone to share his wife. Just look what it had got him into the last time. However, Max made it clear that a written agreement would be the only way that he would proceed, and even just this conversation had got him excited, so he agreed.

Max suggested that he get something drawn up as soon as possible and send it to them. He said that if there were any obvious errors, they could correct them, but rather ominously made it clear that he would not agree to any dilution of his rights, which he would specify. He suggested that he would arrange to come to see them as soon as possible to sign the agreement, and to start implementing it straight away.

Keith rather sensed that he was being railroaded, but he was already too far gone to back down now. They parted, good friends as ever, and just a few days later the draft agreement arrived at the office by special delivery and he sat down to digest its contents.

WIFE SHARING AGREEMENT

This Agreement has been drawn up at the request of Keith xxxx to allow Max xxxx to fully share his wife Delia xxxx who is equally desirous of such an arrangement. By their signatures below, all the parties confirm that that the terms of this agreement are exactly in accordance with their wishes and that no pressure to sign has been exerted upon them by either of the other signatories or any other person.

For the purposes of this agreement the parties shall be known respectively as The Wife, The Husband and The Lover.

1. The Husband is legally married to The Wife and requests, with immediate effect, that The Lover enjoy all of the rights and pleasures with The Wife that he presently enjoys, without restriction.

2. The Wife shall make herself available to The Lover at all reasonable times and shall obey The Lover in the same way that she presently obeys The Husband.

3. In view of the limited time available to The Lover by nature of his occupation, his requirements shall take precedence over The Husband's at all times.

4. The Husband and The Wife undertake to keep all of these arrangements private and shall not divulge them to any third person without the prior agreement of the The Lover. However, by the nature of his position, The Lover shall be free of this restriction but only to divulge any details when he deems it strictly necessary.

5. Neither the The Wife nor The Lover shall be required to inform The Husband of any of their activities or arrangements but they may choose to do so from time to time if they both agree.

6. The Lover may ask The Husband to participate in certain sexual activities with him and The Wife from time to time and The Husband shall not unreasonably refuse such a request.

7 The Lover may wish other persons to join with him in certain sexual activities with The Wife but is not required to inform The Husband unless he and The Wife jointly agree to do so.

8. Since this agreement is made at the request of The Husband, he shall not indulge in any form of sexual activity with any other person. With The Lovers permission, The Wife may continue to allow The Husband certain sexual favours but she shall not be required to do so. However, where possible, the Husband and The Wife shall continue their normal married life as before.

9. This Agreement shall run for a minimum period of three months, it may be terminated thereafter on one months notice by agreement of at least two of the parties.

10. Should either The Wife or The Husband fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement then they shall be liable to damages, to be determined by the Lover.

Obviously, Keith was staggered by the one sided nature of this agreement but it, once again, showed the devious nature of his friend - Max. He gave it to Delia to read, but it quickly became clear that he must have spoken to her about in on the phone, because she declared herself fully in agreement with it, without reservation

He had put himself into a tight corner, but two other factors had come into play; one, his suppressed desire to be cuckolded again and two, his unspoken wish to be subservient to Max, which he had clearly recognised.

Under these circumstances, he suggested to Delia that she make arrangements for Max to come to see them at the first available time, to jointly sign the agreement, and thereby to put themselves into his hands - in more ways than one.
