The race went on and I was left with conflicted memories of being gang raped on a Train in India, but I also have depraved memories of exhilaration and excitement about what happened, the fear and the terror of the moment now having faded.
In watching seasons of the A Race Around The World since, curiously, they seem to no longer put the participants in such exposed situations on the public transit of India. Not surprisingly, though, from my season, most of the train ride was just glossed over, the majority of film footage having hit the cutting room floor.
