As the house was located in a coveted upscale neighborhood it was sold in two weeks. When Amanda would receive all the money she could easily pay back Kate's check and would have still a lot of money in the bank. In the meantime the condo above got furnished to Amanda's desires. The storage at the moving company got empty. Kate and Todd cheerfully approved with her tastes. The monster bed would be delivered and assembled next week. Then all was ready for the foursome to live a happy life together.
