"I think perhaps you have learned well, slave" he said with a gentle smile. Then, as a darker look crossed his face, he said, "I think it is timed I allowed you to return home." He reached slowly for the phone on the table beside the couch. I quickly dropped onto the floor at his feet and lowered my head, the slave's position.
"Permission to speak, Master" I asked softly. Surprise crossed his face for a moment, then he said,
"Permission granted, slave".
