"To think I wasted so much time on your stupid ass, fuck you."

She turned on her heel and left the room, Genie snapped her fingers as they walked into the elevator. Victor screamed as he received a very angelic vasectomy, Victoria asked her what she did and high-fived her. Lisa couldn't help but laugh, she felt like a weight had been lifted off of her shoulders. She was still pissed that both her sister and her step mother had sampled her husband. However she had Alex and their family, as far as she was concerned the bastards deserved each other.

At the bowling alley Genie told her mother about the incident in the hospital, she applauded her for her silent revenge. Charmaina wrapped her arms around Lisa.

"Are you OK sweetie, your blood must be boiling."

"You know what? I'm fine, the fact that I never have to see him again makes it all the better I just don't know what to tell my dad, he wasted way more time with Julia."

"Just invite him over for coffee and talk to him about it, were they close?"

"Not lately, he was going to get his own copy of divorce papers."

"Hey Lisa?" Victoria said,

She looked up as she tapped on the table and another set of papers appeared, Lisa smiled and thanked her.

"No need to thank me, just get a strike so the losers can treat us to sundaes."

"Oh you wish." Genie said.

Lisa laughed and nodded, she was thinking she would have taken it worse if she didn't have anyone, but her family had given her far more strength.

After talking to her father he called Julia, he seemed more surprised that she had cheated with Victor and not so surprised she cheated at all.

"Yes?"

"Julia I've looked the other way on a lot of things but you sleeping around, especially with your daughter's husband, is something I can't ignore."

"Oh Victor told you?"

"He told Lisa, you don't sound like you have an ounce of shame." Dennis said.

"Well I'm proud that I can attract a younger man, I've taken good care of this body over the years."

Dennis rolled his eyes.

"Well the divorce papers are in the mail."

"Oh Denny, you don't know what you're throwing away, I'm experienced."

"Good bye Julia."

He hung up and sighed, Lisa nudged him.

"Hmm?"

"You know, you have at least forty or so years before you need a retirement home, that's plenty of time to find some other hot babe."

He laughed and hugged her.

"Baby girl what would I do without you?"

"Well for one thing you wouldn't have someone to make grandma's famous cookies."

He laughed even harder.

The next morning Lisa woke up and Alex was still sound asleep his right wing was draped over her. She moved until she could look at his sleeping face she traced the features of his face with one finger. She moved into a sitting position as she moved her finger over his muscles. He twitched slightly and cracked open and eye, almost as if he'd been awake and had been waiting for her to get up. She smiled as he stretched and his wings slowly disappeared. He sat up and pressed his lips against hers gently.

"Morning."

The smile never left her lips as he hooked his hand under her nightie and slipped it off, he slid out of bed and carried her to the shower.....
