It didn't take too long to come to the conclusion that Adam had instigated all this, although I would never suggest it to Kelsey. I suspect he knew that he didn't have long on this earth, and wanted to ensure that Kelsey would be okay after his departure. What could be better than throwing two lonely souls together? He openly encouraged our relationship, and was happy from the start that Kelsey enjoyed my company. He knew that I was a good man and would most likely look after her. What sort of man could do a thing like that, and could I ever hope to follow in his very large footsteps? All I can do is try.
