Aphrodite State Ch. 03

Students and faculty came to see what was happening in the history and English building.

"What's happening?" Mei asked Joshua. "I left to go get my note book and come back to this?"

"Professor Bells has gone berserk!" She's trying to cut us down with a sword!" Mindy screamed.

"What? At least it's not a gun."

They see Professor Bells emerging from the building.

"Run!"

"You think just because you're wearing that uniform I can't see you, wrong! I recognize your foul soul from here!"

I take off and as I ram down several students and faculty members I knock David down. "Come here you cretin!" He tries to escape but I grab him by his leg and I take off.

I land on the roof of the library.

"It's finally down to you and me David."

"What the hell are you!?"

"Can't you tell?"

"What you going to do to me?"

"I'm going to kill and eat you!"

"You're insane!"

"Oh I'm insane? You didn't seem to have care in the world when you were blackmailing and raping me!"

"I'm sorry."

"Yeah you are sorry, a sorry piece of trash!"

I approach him with my spirit sword.

"No plea..."

I cut him down. I watch as he was still hanging on to life. He was crying. "You have no one to blame but yourself!" I absorb his soul and throw his body off the building.

"It's done, Sister."

"No it is not, there is still one."

"Who, the store owner was innocent."

I take off.

"Wait Sister, who is the last person?"

"You'll about to find out, Brook."

"So why do you have a sword, it seems more efficient to use a gun?"

"I never said I didn't have a gun, they're just too quick, I prefer to play with my food before eating it."

"Oh."

As we flew through the sky I notice eight students. "Ah he's down there!"I touch down gently on the ground. "Oh Joshua, come here Joshua!"

Joshua and the others were backing away slowly but it was vain. I was in front of him and then I grab him and throw him.

"Why are you doing this Joshua?"

"He's the cause of all this! If it wasn't for him you would be the position you were in!"

"No please he's a good kid!"

"He's a loose end that needs to be tide!"

"I won't let you!"

I fight Sister for my body but she's very strong!

"Ok I'm at a loss for what's going on," Mei said.

"I'm guessing Professor Bells is somehow possessed by an evil spirit," Ryan said.

"Evil, I'm far from it!"

I'm rolling across the ground trying to regain control over my body. It's a tough fight!

"You wanted this, Brook!"

"I didn't say anything about killing Joshua!"

"He's threat!"

"He's not!"

"You know what I'm not gonna argue with you anymore, let's just calm down."

I get off the ground and dust myself off.

"So is it over?" Mei asks.

"No it's not over!"

I start screaming in pain and the white ball of energy comes out and all of watch as it takes human shape. The energy disappears and all of us see the result. She was a beautiful red head with brown eyes and dressed in same uniform the students were wearing. She had the same bust size and the rest of the package that the perverts lust over just like me.

"I'm a reaper eater; I feast on the souls of the dead that have lingering attachments to world of the living and the living. It's very nice to meet you all.

"What is this?" I demanded.

"You remembered what I offered you Brook."

"Of course I do, duh you said there was no catch."

"Yes there was no catch. You see when I am able to possess a human female and eat more than one rotten soul I can return to the world of the living for 100 years but that only be done if the female is willing to let's me posses her."

"What have I done?"

"Why are you getting bent out of shape for? I did you a favor, all your problems are solved, well not all of them!"

"Joshua, run!" I screamed.

"It's too late now!"

"Please don't!"

I was watch as Sister grabs Joshua and holds the spirit sword to his throat.

"Please, what did I do?"

"Of course you wouldn't know! But guess you deserve to know before you die cutie pie!"

"No Sister, don't!"

"You can't stop me Brook; I'm the one holding the cards! If all of you wish to live then you will hear this story!"

"No!"

"Yes Brook!"

I have my head down in shame as Sister reveals everything and boy was everyone was shocked.

"There you've all heard the story. Now it's time for you to die!"

"We won't let you!" Jordan said.

Sister points her hand at them and the rest of the students collapse. I gasp in horror.

"They are not dead yet. Now where were we, oh yeah I was going to kill Joshua. I can see why she had sex with you, you are cute but you're not worth the pain you caused."

"Please don't do it!"

"What about your husband! Do you not love him?!"

"Of course I do, I will always. It's my fault; I was the one who fulfilled his fantasy! You've done in the evil ones but he's innocent! Punish me instead!"

"So you're really going to sacrifice yourself to save him!?"

"I've been doing it all this time, both are very important to me!"

"NO! I'll take the fall, I sinned and I've been living like everything was fine while Professor Bells has been living in hell. Please take me instead!"

"Ha, you people are funny; I'm actually in a good mood. I'll spare both of you! But Joshua I can't let you go!"

"Yes I'm gonna be here for 100 years and it will lonely so I'm gonna need a mate!"

"I'm not the only person who can be your friend, Professor Bells maybe and..."

"No you simpleton, mate as in a husband!"

I watch as Joshua's mouth fall open. I couldn't help but giggle.

"And Brook you can be my maid of honor."

"Wait don't I have any say in this?!"

"You had your say when you agreed to take the fall for Brook! You've been living free while she's been suffering so it's time for you to take credit as well!"

"Well shouldn't we get to know each other first."

"Sad, you're already eager for the bed!"

"No I mean talking; you know where you come from, your hopes and dreams!"

"Oh."

"Yes, I don't even know your real name other than Sister which I've been calling you."

"Yes I was wondering was she your real sister."

"Aphrodite, my name is Aphrodite."

"As in the woman this school is named after?" I questioned.

"Yeah that's me."

"Aphrodite as in the goddess of love?" Joshua questioned.

"Who said anything about me being a goddess? But tough love is the only love I believe in!"

"Oh man," Joshua moaned.

"Yes I'm just as shocked as you are but it won't be so bad. Remember what I told you about finding your own, well there she is. She's really just lonely."

"She eats souls!"

"I can eat the food you people would normally eat."

"See Joshua it's all gonna work out fine."

"Well what about this whole incident? Who's gonna explain this?"

"Yes Aphrodite, you said you had the situation under control, care to elaborate?"

"I'll erase everyone's minds simultaneously.

"What about the people who got off campus?" Joshua questioned.

"They didn't, there's been a barrier here the whole time, no one got in and no one got out! As for David they'll look into his background and discover that he does not go here and think he impersonated a student so he gain attention by offing himself. There."

"What about the shop owner?" I questioned.

"Memory wipe as well."

"So are we really going to keep more secrets?" Joshua questioned.

"Yes, as I told you before we will take this grave! Understood?"

"Yes professor."

"Now the question is where am I gonna stay?"

"You have powers that should be too hard," I say.

"Yeah but you see I'll start to lose them, that the reason I need to continue to feast on souls."

"Well as long as you feast on rotten souls I do not have much of problem with it," I say. "What about you Joshua?"

"There really isn't much I can say about this."

My stomach starts growling. "Well let's finish discussing at the café."

"Yeah but I should get to work the situation."

Joshua and I watch as Aphrodite flies off to complete her task. I sigh happily. I'm free, Joshua found his goddess or she found him and all is right with the world for now.

I'm glad I teach at Aphrodite State.
