"No, but I had an optic implant to let me see better in lower light conditions a long time ago. I can see well enough in the dark." The Captain said quietly, holding up her automatic.
"Alright, you lead and I'll take the back." Josh said, nodding as the door closed behind them.
They strode down the employee hallway in silence.
"A left up here. There is an elevator at the end of the hallway." Susan whispered.
The hallways remained dark and desolate as they strode to the end of the hall. The elevator door opened when they reached it, under Susan's control. They boarded it and the elevator doors closed.
"You think they know we're here yet?" Josh asked.
"I dunno. I hope not." The Captain shrugged, pushing the B-5 button, the lowest one in the elevator.
The elevator whirred and started to move down. After about a floor it stuttered to a halt.
"I'd say they know." Josh said, looking around, "Susan?"
"I'm trying I don't...GAAAH!" She howled in pain and stumbled back against the wall, holding her head.
"Susan!" Josh cried, reaching out to hold her up.
"I'm...I'm fine. They just booted me from their system. They definitely know we're here. They deployed some new AI that pretty much kicked my ass." Susan said, rubbing her head.
"They did and we do." A voice said in the elevator, "Have a fun ride."
The elevator lurched and started to fall.
"Shit!" The Captain cried, looking up.
She jumped and knocked out a panel that led into the elevator shaft.
"Come on, out you go." Josh said, grabbing the Captain around the middle, "Susan will catch you."
He threw her up and out of the hole, launching her up a number of floors. He then grabbed Susan and gave her a kiss before throwing her out of the hole in the ceiling. No sooner had she cleared the elevator did it hit bottom. The elevator smashed into the ground and he smashed into the floor. The elevator caved in slightly and he stood up, brushing the dust off his suit. Looking up out of the hole, he saw Susan floating down on her heel jets and shoulder jets. The Captain was held in her arms.
"Nice throw Josh." Susan sighed.
"I didn't want either of you getting hurt." Josh smiled as Susan helped the Captain down into the elevator.
"What's that sound?" Susan asked as a loud whining and scraping filled their ears.
"Counterweight!" Josh cried, tackling the elevator doors shoulder first.
They exploded outward and the girls followed him quickly. Something heavy hit behind the elevator and the back wall of it smashed in. The building seemed to rumble from the hit.
"That's twice you saved me, you've got to stop that." The Captain chuckled, looking around.
They stood in the fifth floor underground. The hall was dark, but Josh could tell that the floor and walls were clean white plastic.
"We've got to find a way down to lower floors." Susan said, looking around.
"There they are!" A man called as he came around the corner in front of them.
Four soldiers came around the corner, assault rifles in their hands with flashlights on them. They leveled on the three of them and Josh didn't wait for them to fire. He launched forward just as the assault rifles started to fire. The soldiers instinctively turned to try and shoot him, but he catches the first one around the midsection. The man's rib cage was crushed and his back was broke over Josh's shoulder from the blow. Josh turned and kicked one of the others in the head, crushing his skull. The last two opened fire on his chest at point blank range. Bullets struck him all over and he grabbed the first soldier's assault rifle. Pulling the trigger on it, he shot both the soldiers in the head with a spray of bullets.
"Josh, oh god, are you alright?" Susan asked, seeing the front of his suit full of bullet holes. The flesh beneath was peppered with gray bullets.
Josh pushed his fingers into the holes and pulled out the bullets. The metal beneath was visible, but unharmed.
"Fine. It takes more than a spray of bullets to hurt me." Josh smiled, pulling out the last bullet.
"You know I have guns and my suit is made of a bullet proof material. I'm not going to die at the first bullet." The Captain said, stripping off her white jacket.
"Yes, but you aren't an android." Josh said, "I can be killed and still go on living as long as I have a new body."
"Come on, let's keep moving." Susan said, reaching down to take an assault rifle from one of the dead soldiers. She also pilfered another magazine.
They walked through the halls, searching for the stairs down. It seemed that this section of the building was research for basic weapons. New construction of guns and knives. Josh found the security elevator that led further down. It wouldn't open for them so Josh had to open it. He pulled the doors apart easily and shoved them into the walls on either side, disabling them. The elevator wasn't in front of them.
"Okay, so the elevator is down there which means that we have to be careful that the AI doesn't crush us with it." The Captain said.
"Problem solved." Josh said, jumping into the shaft.
He flew down almost a hundred feet and smashed into the top of the elevator, ripping it from it's cords and the counterweight. It fell the last six feet to the bottom of the shaft and the counterweight hit soon after. Susan came floating down on her jets with The Captain in her arms again.
"Overdoing it much?" The Captain said as Susan set her down.
"I thought I did just enough." Josh shrugged, "I got us to the bottom floor. It looks like we're in the twelfth basement."
They jumped down into the elevator and he was proven right. The buttons went from B-5 to B-12. He tore the elevator's doors apart and they strode into the hall of the lowest floor. It was a single hallway that went straight ahead. There were no branches and only a door at the end of the hall.
The Captain held up her automatic and so did Susan. Josh led the way into the room and Josh gasped. Lining the walls were dozens of androids. All of them were skinless and just silver skeletons. They were held in glowing blue stasis pods. Ahead of them, a single pod stood apart from the rest.
Inside it was Susan.
"It's you...I mean...the old you." Josh said, walking forward.
Her old pink-haired self with her maid outfit on was held in the stasis.
"And it's going to stay there." A voice came from nowhere.
There was a crackling of electricity and the androids around them began to wake up. Their mechanical eyes opened and the stasis pods turned off. They walked on metal feet towards the small group, their bare hands at the ready to tear them apart. The Captain started, firing first at the androids in front of her, bullets striking them in the head. At the first android's fall, the others lunged at them.
Josh grabbed the first and tore him in half. Susan emptied her assault rifle quickly and didn't bother reloading. She unsheathed her two swords and started to slice them apart. The three of them slowly spread apart. Josh was having no trouble, putting his fist through one android or tearing another's head off. Susan was slicing them to pieces. It seemed the Captain was having the most trouble, but Josh noticed that she was simply enticing them into one group and then blowing them to pieces with her shotgun.
More androids jumped down from the high walls and they were forced to keep fighting. Josh noticed a squat, mouse-like old man scamper around the front of Susan's stasis field and he turned it off. He grabbed the android's hand and led her away. He fought madly, but couldn't get to her.
"Susan! Anna! The man! He's getting away with the other Susan." Josh called, grabbing an android's leg.
He booted it in the crotch and tore it's leg off at the pelvis. He started to use the mechanical leg as a weapon, beating the androids aside.
"I'll get him!" The Captain called, managing to slip out of the androids with ease.
She slipped off into the darkness and a number of androids followed her. The bodies were piling around Josh and Susan and the android's numbers were thinning to around a dozen left. Without any viable weapons, the androids posed almost no threat to Josh and Susan.
Josh smashed the last one's head into his chest cavity and kicked him away.
"Come on, Anna!" Susan said, sheathing one sword.
They ran through the darkness and the doorway at the end of the room. They came into a room with a large pedestal at one end. The man was standing atop it with the other Susan. He had an object in his hands and was clicking away on it. The Captain was hiding behind a desk on their side of the room.
"Careful! There's an android up there with a laser gun!" The Captain said.
Another skinless android stood at the foot of the pedestal with a long black rifle in his hands.
"I'll take him." Josh said, dashing across the room.
The android raised the rifle and fired. Josh dodged aside and felt a searing feeling on his head. He kept running and struck the android around the midsection. There was another fire of the laser and Josh noticed something strange with his left arm. However, he wasted no time in crushing the android's head into the ground by punching in repetitiously. He stood up and looked up a the man.
"Why do you have her?" Josh asked.
"Wouldn't you like to know?" The man laughed and he clicked one last button.
Two large lights lit up on either side of the pedestal and the man disappeared in a flash of light. There was a glowing black portal left in midair. Josh launched up the pedestal and through the portal. He felt a strange feeling for a split second and he landed on hard ground.
He was standing in a dark room. There was a sound of two walking nearby, but it was echoing so much he couldn't tell where it was coming from. Behind him, the portal whirred as Susan and The Captain passed through it.
"Josh! Wait!" Susan cried, "Your hurt!"
"What?" Josh turned.
She held his arm in her hand. He looked down and found his left arm missing from above his elbow.
"You also got hit in the head. Is everything alright?" She asked, putting a hand to the burn on the side of his head.
"I'm fine." Josh said anxiously, "I just have a feeling that we have to catch this guy! Come on!"
He turned and ran through the dark. Suddenly lights around them exploded into brightness. Josh cringed for a minute and then looked around. They were standing in a warehouse-sized room. Six large glass cylinders lined the walls on his left and right. In front of him was a large metal tank that stood ten feet tall with a large opening in the front. Massive wires led from the cylinders to the metal tank where the man was. The man and the other Susan stood inside. He was waving to them.
"We're in the Deimos facility!" The Captain called to Josh.
Lightning filled the glass cylinders one by one and the metal tank started to glow brightly. A door moved to close over the entrance, but Josh took it off it's hinges.
"Stop!" Josh cried, lunging at the man.
Susan and The Captain ran after him.
"DEIMOS CONTAINMENT FAILED!" A loud voice boomed around them, "ERROR ERROR."
Josh reached the man and grabbed him around the throat.
"You...can't...stop it...now..." The Man gagged.
"FIRING DEIMOS." The voice boomed, "BEWARE! UNKNOWN COORDINATES AND TIME!"
There was a rushing sound and the world around Josh disappeared from view.
*******
Josh yawned and rolled over. He sat up and looked around. They were sitting in a large warehouse. Near him, Susan and The Captain were lying unconscious. On his right the mousy old man was lying on the ground. His head was cocked at an odd angle and blood was dripping from his mouth. The other Susan was nowhere to be found.
"Ha...ha..." The old man gagged.
"What? What happened!" Josh demanded.
"It...worked...we're...back...in time..." The Man smiled painfully.
"When? When are we?" Josh said angrily.
"twenty...thirty..." The Man coughed and his chest grew still.
"Twenty thirty...we're...back in my time?" Josh said in disbelief.
He turned to The Captain and Susan and shook them awake.
"Girls! You won't believe this...we're back in my time! Twenty thirty! That's where the man was going. He sent Susan and us back here. I don't know where Susan is, but I bet that's how you got back here honey. You were made in the future." Josh laughed.
"Wait...wait...what are you going on about?" Susan asked.
"Just come with me." Josh said, helping them to their feet.
They walked out the front of the warehouse and Josh smiled. He turned and looked back at the skyline of his city. They were in the same warehouse that Josh and Susan would travel forward in time from.
"That explains how we ended up in that time. Because someone came from that time so that's just kind of where it ended up." Susan said.
"Wait...so we're stuck back in the early twenty first century?" The Captain said, raising an eyebrow.
"Yea, we are!" Josh laughed.
"I didn't think it was possible. By all accounts and mathematics, he shouldn't have been able to send us back three centuries with that equipment." The Captain said, scratching her head.
"How long has it been since that facility was used?" Josh asked.
"Three...four months?" The Captain said, scratching her head.
"Well, he was able to teleport in there. Maybe for the last few months, he's been tinkering with it and changing it to make it possible. That would also explain about how we ended up on Earth and not Mars." Josh pointed out.
"I suppose it's possible...but three hundred years in the past?" The Captain asked.
"Yea...now we only have to wait a few weeks and we can go take my house back once we travel into the future." Josh smiled.
"Whoa! We can't do that! We can't mess up the timeline. I mean, what if you change something vital?" The Captain asked.
"Don't you get it? We can't change the future! It's already been chosen! I've tried to change the future before. Remember Susan? When I got shot in my house by the Yakuza, I tried to change it by avoiding the bullet, but I still got shot! Time is a river and even if you jump out of it, run up the shore a few miles and jump back in, your not going to be able to change the way it flows." Josh said, "It's alright that we're back here, it was supposed to happen."
"So there's nothing we can do to stop the rebellion or the war? We never even found out if it was Akyatoriama Robotics or not." The Captain said.
"Who cares. That won't happen in our lifetime now! We can live in the peace of this world!" Josh said with a wide smile.
"How can you say that? Hundreds of thousands have died in that war! How can you say who cares?" She said, aghast at Josh.
"Because it's not our problem anymore. We've said what we could. We infiltrated their facility, which in itself will cause a lot of raised eyebrows and then we got thrown a few hundred years in the past! What are we supposed to do about it?" Josh argued.
"I...I don't know...I just don't like leaving them there for naught." The Captain said, throwing her hands up.
"What are you supposed to do? We don't know anyway to travel forward in time except to just live it. There isn't much that we can do!" Josh said.
"Well...alright fine...we'll just do what you want." The Captain said, "I suppose you're right. There isn't much we can do."
"Plus, look at it this way, here's your chance for that normal life you wanted. You really aren't Captain anymore are you Anna?" Josh said with a glint in his eye.
"You're right!" The Captain said with a smile.
"Alright then." Josh said with a nod.
"Wait a second. How are you going to resume your old life with these new looks? Your hair is now a forest green and your face has been changed." Susan said.
"Plastic surgery and hair dye. Call it a mid-life crisis." Josh chuckled.
"I suppose that's that then." Susan shrugged.
"Then let's go home!" Josh laughed.
*******
Josh watched himself and past Susan climb into his car and leave his house for the last time. Today he and Susan would travel forward in time and the current Josh and Susan would take their house back again. It was the second time they had to get their past selves out of the house so they could take it back. However, this time Josh, Susan and Anna and stayed the weeks in a nice hotel and they spent their time teaching Anna about this time period.
"So that's it then?" Anna said as they walked across the street to their old house.
"Pretty much. We are going to the warehouse to travel forward in time today and that's also the last time I'll have a human body. When I get forward in time, I get put in an android's body." Josh said, "Here's the spare key. We'll have to go to the warehouse and get my car back sometime. Shit, I'll have to get a new wallet too because I suppose that ended up in the future. There went my license and debit card."
"Oh well. I'm just glad we're home together." Susan said, following him inside.
"Wow...this is seriously retro. No automatic doors. No automatic lights. Do you even have a cleaning system? Furry stuff on the floor. I thought that was only in the hotel." Anna said, looking around.
"It's called carpet and it's better than white plastic floors. God it's nice to be home." Josh sighed, "I'm going to go change out of this suit. I always preferred Jeans and a shirt."
"You have a television...man that's an old piecer." Anna chuckled.
"Hey, I like my television dammit." Josh called from the bedroom, "Shit...You know, I forgot about these holes in my chest."
"Those will heal hon, remember, it's a self repairing organic polymer." Susan said.
"I know, I just forgot that I had gotten shot up." Josh said, walking back out with his shirt open, "Look at all these damn holes."
A dozen or more slightly bloody holes peppered his chest, exposing the silver beneath it.
"They...will heal honey..." Susan said, buttoning the shirt up for him, kissing him after the top button.
"You two make me so jealous." Anna sighed.
"Do you want a kiss too?" Susan said.
"Hot damn." Josh smiled, watching Susan put her hands on Anna's hips.
"Why not." Anna smiled, putting her arms around Susan's midsection.
Their lips met and Josh's jaw bounced off the floor. He stared at the two girls, drooling over himself. Susan leaned back, smiling as she looked back at Josh.
"Daaaamn~!" Josh said slowly.
"I think he liked it." Susan smiled widely.
"Yea, I think so." Anna said, reaching her fingers down to feel Susan's ass.
''I think we could make his head explode." Susan said, looking back at Anna.
"Let's try." Anna smiled.
Their lips met again and they made sure Josh good see their tongues moving around each other. Their hands began to explore each others' bodies and their suits began to come off. The skin-tight suits were pushed down to their waists, exposing both of their chests. The girls started to get hot by their kissing and touching. Susan could feel her crotch getting damp and she could feel the warmth radiating from Anna. Their hands slipped down below their waists and Josh's head exploded.
He was completely taken in by the girls' show and they smiled at his action.
"Come on! Bedroom!" Josh said, picking up both girls, one over each shoulder.
"Eeeep!" Anna squeaked.
"I think we made his head explode." Susan laughed.
"I am going to plow you both until you die!" Josh said flatly.
"Ooooh~!" Anna giggled.
Josh threw them both down on the bed and pulled their suits and panties off quickly. Pulling his shirt over his head, he threw it away and climbed onto the bed. Anna laid back on the pillows and Susan crouched down between her legs and started to lick her pussy. Josh knelt down behind Susan and licked her cute slit. Susan gave a muffled moan into Anna's pussy as she licked her. Anna moaned loudly and started to rub her own breasts.Josh's pants were tight as he licked Susan. She was getting wet and was having trouble still licking Anna. She resigned to fingering Anna as Josh licked her.
