I can't wait to read what 'trouble' Gwen's going to get herself in next... And if i were Rachael, I'd send Jake packing! How dare he flake out and leave Gwen in Rachael's trusting hands.
One almost wonders.. if Gwennie's friend really DID ask Jake to join them.... and then the reader finds themselves wondering, almost hoping, for Mr. Downes to "find" other stories from Gwen and perhaps act them out with her? (fodder for a third chapter?)
