The bushes behind the woman holding him began to stir before three other women emerged, similarly camouflaged. One was a fierce looking woman with straight black hair and steamy grey eyes. Another was a pale beauty with a wild mane of shock white hair and blue eyes so pale they looked almost white. The last was a foxy auburn haired beauty with creamy brown depths.

"Sethera," the auburn warrioress addressed the blonde holding Blaze, all the while eyeing his friends suspiciously. "It's true what our leader foresaw in her vision."

"The Srythe is no more then, Teala?" Sethera stated coolly, gaze never once laving Blaze's.

"Yes," the auburn beauty answered with an expression mixed with awe and relief. "It is no more! No sign of it anywhere in its lake."

"Ryshe!" Sethera barked snapping her white haired companion to attention before she glanced aside to the black haired warrior, "Farlee! What do you two have to report?"

Ryshe shook her head with disbelief in her eyes, "Most of the Srythe's territory was completely destroyed as foretold it would be."

"And their tracks led out of the area to where we now stand," Farlee finished as she pointed to the group of friends.

Sethera closed her eyes as she didn't look to believe this news herself. Blaze could already tell that they were referring to the monster that attacked him and Kendra. By their expressions, such a feat seemed unlikely and impossible to believe or comprehend.

But if the monster hadn't been a dream... Then surely... How he wished he could turn about and ask Kendra then if it were really true what he'd seen. But the hand gripping his throat prevented motion let alone enough breathing to accomplish such.

"Very well then. Listen up ladies. Your friend here will not be harmed as long as you do as I say," she growled threateningly to his friends. "That is until we decide of a proper way to dispose of this... man."

The way she looked at him when she said that word made it seem like a drowess saying the same was a kind word in comparison. He swallowed as much as he could. He didn't like this. Not one bit at all.

Flynn roared as he drove his axe down upon a goblin soldier with so much force that he split the filthy bugger in two! His massive dwarven muscles bulged with the effort of the swing but did not tire in the least. He was like all the other men of his race. When they were not battling for their lives against the creatures of the underworld, they were busy mining and constructing. The constant hard work kept a dwarven male more than strong enough to make up for what they lacked in height. They took pride that they did not need such an attribute and could cute any tall opponent down to size with one mighty swing of a dwarven axe.

Yet, in all their tenacity, the dwarven army was beginning tire. Two days earlier, the goblin forces had surged forward into dwarven territory with numbers far greater than ever before. And they fought as if possessed by demons. It had been a bloody campaign that went back and forth with heavy casualties on both sides. Yet they kept on coming! It seemed as if there was no end to them while it was clear that the dwarves were being reduced gradually with every passing hour. What had prompted this sudden, ferocious action by normally cowardly slime like the goblins, Flynn wondered.

He stood at one of the foremost lines in the Great Hall of Logoria that was one of the dwarven race's greatest prides. It was a massive cavern whose ceilings could never be lit alone by the torches that adorned its many massive supporting columns. Those columns stretched away as far as the eye could see in the darkness. One could easily get lost in Logoria if they did not know their way about it. But it had been built as a major crossroads in the underworld to connect many paths to other dwarven cities. And in this Great Hall, thousands of bodies lay dead now in the bloody battle for control of such a vital artery of his race.

The dwarves fought with sheer determination to not lose Logoria as the Hall was now divided in half by who controlled its vast chamber. Vile goblin blood splattering his beard as he decapitated another foe, Flynn's mind wondered to other matter that concerned him. Where were the elves? With the dwarves losing men and tiring as they were, they needed the assistance more than ever. No sign and not even word of the elves coming had reached them.

Had they been abandoned? Flynn fiercely denied such thoughts angrily by spearing another goblin in the gut with the top-spike of his war axe. He had stood before Queen Roselei that day and received her assurances of assistance. And on his journey back, he had heard whispered rumors about a supposed attack on the Elven royal city he had just left. He silently prayed that nothing ill had befallen that kind woman they called Queen.

A sudden roar in front of him brought his attention about. He cursed himself for getting lax and letting his mind wander in the middle of a battle. Eyes focusing towards the sound of a fierce clash, his heart nearly dropped into his stocky dwarven boots. Orcs! Out of the goblin hordes facing the frontline of the valiant but desperately fight dwarves came a battalion of the massive brutes wielding battle axes and clubs to match what his own countrymen were fighting with. The knot of pig-headed brutes caught the dwarves off guard with their sudden appearance and broke the line.

He roared in furious anger as goblins swiftly filled in behind, circling about to cut off many of his men from the rest and decimate them in bloody fashion. His blood boiled at the sight of so many comrades, some being dear friends he'd known for a long time, falling down as their lives were extinguished. Gripping his battleaxe, he readied to order a group of his men to rally together and charge right back at the goblin and orc forces. But his words froze upon his tongue as he saw a massive shadow loom up above right behind the advancing orcs.

"Dear spirits," he gasped as the shock froze him where he stood as well as many others about him.

Even the opposing forces stopped to look back behind them to witness what stopped the dwarves from fighting. A giant! The massive rock giant with its ugly weathered face glared down at them from what had to be twenty feet off the ground. Slung casually over his shoulders was a club that was as big as a bloody tree. In fact, it very well was a tree that had all of its branches ripped away. It unleashed a foul battle cry that filled the massive Hall of Logoria with echoes that continued on long after. It brought its club down with such force that some dwarves were instantly crushed before they could get out of the way. It swept the rough looking club aside and sent other comrades of Flynn's sailing away into the darkness, flying with the sheer power of the giant's swing.

The hordes of Koas roared in triumphant cries of glee and battle lust as their confidence grew all the more. The dwarves shared looks of foreboding before Flynn realized that they had lost Logoria. It was apparent now why the hordes were fighting so fiercely for the largest passageways through the underworld. His heart was broken that they could no longer defend those routes let alone their homes. The enemy was simply too great in numbers and power to combat. They needed help and had to retreat in order to obtain such. Destroy their homes as they might, he would rather that than be decimated. Homes and cities could be replaced, not lives.

"Retreat!" he roared. There was a few stunned looks from his men before nodded, not ones to question their leader. The dwarves immediately relayed the command and sounded the horns. As one cohesive unit, they all turned and ran for the tunnels they knew better than the enemy and could swiftly lose them in. Though the hordes were hot on their heels, they made it out of the great Hall of Logoria.

As Flynn's chest heaved with the heavy breathing of running with his men, he felt the wetness of his tears matting his beard.

Blaze grimaced as he was shoved yet another time. Tempted to fire a glare back over his shoulder, he decided not to. Sethera behind him with her spear seemed to like pushing him about. The last thing he needed to do was give her even the slightest reason to spear him through. Onward he stumbled through the jungle as best he could, trying to avoid roots and vines that would trip him up and frustrate their captors. His friends followed them between the guard of the other amazons. They didn't look to be happy with the situation they were in.

Nadine glanced about furtively in nervousness, wanting to avoid giving them an excuse to hurt him. Tyra, uncomfortable as she looked, tried to maintain a composed cooperation as his guardian as a way of hopefully safeguarding him. Rae glowered darkly, eyeing each female jungle warrior for ways to kill them swiftly and efficiently. Kendra was a seething cauldron of fury ready to explode. But none would act for fear of swift action by Sethera to end his life in an instant.

Captive as he was, Blaze was still alert enough to see a few traps hidden in clever fashion as they moved along. The deadly traps were increasing in number the further he went. He was silently thankful to his master for teaching him tracking skills as well as fighting or else any unaware poor soul would easily stumble into these.

A couple hours after they had been captured by the Amazons and forced into the long march, they broke the jungle into a large clearing. Passing through a number of Amazon guards, who all were busty and equally attractive as well, they made their way down to the village. It was an expansive one about the size of his hometown. But instead of houses and taverns, this one was filled with huts made out of sturdy bamboo and jungle lumber. The roofs were cleverly thatched with broad leafs he'd seen on the trees.

A stream wound its way alongside the perimeter of the village, making them have to cross a low bamboo bridge before striding into the heart of their captor's home. Numerous females of tall stature and beauty passed them by, glancing their way curiously. Blaze couldn't help but notice that he had yet to see one male in the entire village. His eyes spotted a few locations where spikes planted firmly into the ground adorned skulls at the top, having been pierced through. Those and the nature of the looks he was receiving by the village inhabitants made him begin to sweat, and not from the heat!

They now entered the center of the village in which large hut was located. It was by far the largest one in the whole village. Four normal huts could fit inside this one easily. They had gathered a following by this time as word had spread as swift as a brushfire throughout the whole village. All of the Amazon women now surrounded them in a crescent-moon entourage, cutting off any escape with only the large central hut before them.

Beaded strings dangled over the entryway and were swiftly pushed aside as a woman stepped outside. His breath caught in his throat. He did not know why it did as he had seen plenty of unique looking women on this journey. Perhaps it was the stark contrast from the rest of the Amazons surrounding them.

Vibrant green like that of the surrounding jungle was the color of her hair. The only color he could tell in the whole village. Her body was built to be able to withstand any challenger with ease and bring them to their knees. Sparsely across her body in various places were scars from a long history of dangerous battles. But as with the others, her body maintained the alluring curves of a woman still. She wore the same clothing as the others, except that about her neck she wore a necklace filled with feathers of such brilliant colors that it nearly hurt his eyes to look at. Her eyes were the softest brown of jungle wood but held the icy fire of a bloodstained warrior within. Clearly, this was the leader of the Amazons. His judge, jury, and likely executioner.

"Sethera," her cool, commanding voice said, silencing all murmurs and shuffling about them. "What news do you bring of the mission I sent you on?"

Sethera stepped around Blaze and knelt before the green-haired jungle vixen. "Queen Alestra, it is as you envisioned. The Srythe was destroyed by these foreigners..."

Shocked murmurs, whispered disbelief, and claims of denial soon filled the air as the observant crowd heard this. Soon it grew louder in volume before being abruptly silenced by the raised fist of Alestra. Her eyes surveyed the crowd coolly, indicating she would tolerate not another raucous outburst from her people. Looking back to Sethera, who still knelt, she nodded for the warrior to continue.

"The entire lair of the beast was destroyed with their tracks leading out of it. We caught them easily enough though by capturing their one male companion and threatening his life. They surrendered swiftly after."

A delicate brow rose at this before those brown eyes turned to them. Queen Alestra frowned after observing them before looking to Blaze. He swallowed under her gaze. By that look he knew he was nothing more than the dirt she tread upon.

"An impressive feat that you have done, ladies," The Amazon Queen stated only to the females, clearly not believing Blaze could possibly have contributed in any fashion. "When I foresaw this in my vision, even I began to wonder if my ability had become clouded. Such a thing could not seem possible after all of the mighty warriors of this village the beast has claimed."

She stepped forward and walked in front of his friends, looking into their eyes as she spoke. "Yet you allowed yourselves to be captured easily. And for this... man. What worth has he? Why is he so... special," she ended with distaste as she glared into his eyes now, standing before him.

As much as he feared his position at the moment, her comments bleeding with sexism stirred a fire within him. His anger grew and made him raise his head high and glare defiantly right back into her eyes. This spirited gesture from him made the corners of her lips quirk slightly as her eyes filled with contempt.

"Answer," she stated coldly with many implications spoken by that one worded command.

"He's sweet and thoughtful," Nadine chirped in quickly, clearly hoping a swift answer might spare him.

Tyra nodded along with Nadine as she added, "Steadfast and honorable."

"An incredible warrior with great speed and strength," Rae contributed with pride of her Patron.

Kendra's beautiful emerald eyes gazed to him as her soft vanilla lips curved up into that small smile she only gave him. "Wonderful and loving."

Alestra's gaze snapped instantly at those words to look at the succubus. "'Wonderful'? 'Loving' you say? I hardly believe that."

She whipped around and strode towards the open area as she spread her arms wide in emphasis. "Men have a stranglehold on this world with the simple liberties and equalities over women. They are pigs who lust. Men lust for power! They lust for war! Lust for money!"

Alestra turned around and spat at Blaze's feet to the approval of the observing Amazons. "They are anything but wonderful. And loving you say? Let me mention one more thing they lust for. Women. Sex! Their own personal physical gratification! They never care for women! More often than not they are running around in other women's beddings like whores themselves. And they force themselves upon the helpless. They rape women and leave them behind like a used cumrag without another thought! Men are abominations and only deserve death at the point of our spears!"

The crowd of feminist jungle warriors erupted into cheers and hoots of approval. This was one outburst that Alestra had no problem in allowing. But the cheers soon died down into dismayed and disgruntled murmurs at one thing. The one thing was Blaze laughing softly to himself. Sethera herself looked back to him in complete shock and growing fury.

CRACK!

The harsh impact split the air sickeningly and blood sprayed the dirt. Alestra clenched her fist tightly in barely controlled rage as Blaze looked back up to her. He raised his hand to rub his jaw and wipe his split lip that bled heavily.

"Answer me this... " Alestra hissed, "before I have you gutted right here. What is so amusing?"

Despite the swelling of his lip and the pain that throbbed in it, Blaze managed a small smile. "Oh it was that speech of yours. It was so inspiring to your people. In many ways, I can see what you've said as truthful. But in all those accusations in your fierce, devout belief of such... There is an answer to go along with all the wrongs that men do..."

The green-haired beauty glowered down to him, "And that answer is?"

Blaze straightened himself, rolled his shoulders in bravado, and smiled wide right back at her. "So. Do. Women!"

Blaze didn't see it coming. He only saw white as pain exploded through his skull. The next thing he knew, he was on the ground as blood leaked out of his nose and his vision tunneled. He fought to stay conscious as he looked up to Alestra standing over him in a cold, collected rampaging fury. He could see in those cold eyes already the horrible things she was going to do to him. Glancing to his side, he saw Kendra and the others struggle as their concern for him grew. But their struggling ceased as the Amazons grasped them firmly and threatened to kill him then and there if they continued.

Kendra look very well near the point of trying anyways, but he could see the small doubt in her eyes that formed making her wonder if they truly could kill him before she could even blink. Terror filled her beautiful green eyes. Such a site filled him with rising anger to where he rose ominously before the glaring Alestra. Startled gasps filled the air when he sent bloody spittle to the ground in front of her feet. Her brown eyes looked down before swiftly looking back up to him.

Blaze simply smirked. "You know you're awfully quick to throw me in with the rest of that lot before even getting to know me. I've never been one to mistreat or disrespect a woman. Call me a traditionalist like the rest, but I always take care to be courteous and kind to them. But you wouldn't want to hear that now would you? But you know what's worse? The fact, in all your sexist feministic hatred of men, you aren't impressing my views of 'women' then either!"

Angry mutters circulated about the all-female crowd as Alestra coldly observed him. Her eyes glanced towards the women before her head snapped in their direction. "You! All of you are smitten with this man aren't you? Why aren't you furious that he is sleeping with one of the others standing beside you now?"

"Because," Tyra answered before the others. The blue-skinned beauty's normal calm countenance was slowly evaporating into anger along with the rest at the vile words spoken against Blaze. "He is different! Yes he has had sex will all of us and continues to do so!"

Cheers came from the crowd at the confirmation of Blaze's typical male infidelity as proof that their ideal was truly substantiated. But Tyra shook her head furiously and shouted above them angrily now. "But he isn't using us! He's the opposite of everything you've accused him to be! Blaze cares for each and every one of us. When we have sex with him, he doesn't do it for himself. He clearly is doing everything he can for us! For us to enjoy the experience moreover than himself! And we're often left in a blissful state in the end as a result!"

"He's pretty damn good, that he is," Rae confirmed with a sexy smirk.

Alestra, for a brief moment, looked shocked at this declaration before she collected herself seconds later. The cool Queen of the Amazons then smirked coldly. "Then I have an idea. A proposal moreover. You say such but it is very hard to believe he could please you so greatly. There is only one being that knows how to pleasure a woman best and that... is another woman. If you can prove otherwise, I will let him live and all of you set free."
