Click hereThe tears fell from my eyes as I mourned my Brother's passing. He had more than acquitted himself as a Commando should, and had slain five more when mortally wounded. He had died in the flash of a blade. I heard saw the storm clouds rolling in from the west, and saw the flash of the lightning and heard the roll of the thunder. It didn't look good for our foreseeable future as it rolled steadily towards us that night.
"Come inside, my love." Hanelor said.
"I can't face the dead, shirilara." I told her. I was bone tired and soul tired. I felt her pulling me to my feet and stood beside her.
"Then close your eyes and let me guide you, Jon." She said and kissed my neck.
I just nodded and closed my eyes as she guided me back into the Heart Tree.

kjohns2001about 9 years agoThis deserves a full length book as it is one of the very best sci-fi fantasy stories I've read in a while. Please consider writing the book as your fans and fans of excellent writing in general deserve to be able to enjoy such great writing.
