I loitered inside her for a moment as we whispered to each other, asking how it was for the other and other questions like that. And though I came inside her, she didn't get at all angry, rather relishing the feeling it provided. She wasn't worried about getting pregnant either as she had been on the patch for a while for medical reasons. No pain or blood either from her, contrary to much of what has been written about virgin girls.
No regrets, no worries. Just a young couple in love enjoying the aftermath of discovering a new way to express that love. It was soft, smooth sex. Sex that is like gourmet Chocolate.
Though Amelia and I have long since parted company and gone our separate ways, that was a night I know I'll never forget. Fleeting thoughts of it rush back to me whenever I seeChocolat on the shelf or buy a bag of Chocolate. How can it not? And I hope I never forget that night

Anonymousabout 11 years agoI couldn't help but think how many other millions of young people had similar "firsts" like this. (?) Many would never admit to having their first experience at college- age, BUT THEY DID!!
HoosierFriendabout 13 years agoFor some reason I started reading if both characters were women and did not realize differently until close to the end when there was specific reference to the narrator's arousal. After pausing and re-setting the scene, I finished the story. Then I read the first 3/4 of the story again with a male narrator. It worked well both ways. A lovely story. I'm wondering which version will come to mind the next time I see reference to Chocolat - probably the lesbian version as I had really come to like the female narrator. I will miss her.
