She suggested a good tour to do tomorrow, but she ended up asking a lot of questions about life on other planets. Ever since they had discovered the Maaku, she had been dreaming of visiting other planets even though the government had said there wouldn't be any tourism between the two anytime soon.

Luna was short by Silican standards at about 7'3" tall, only slightly taller than Solara, but she was still a foot taller than Mark.

After a while, President Zyton and Grand Master Morlan headed off to bed, and that started a slow parade as others bid their good nights and headed off to their rooms.

As Mark, Annabelle and Rayven were just starting to play around there was a knock at the door, despite the fact they were naked on the bed the girls didn't bother covering up as the bed was not visible from the door. Mark answered the door, keeping his body behind the door and only exposing his face.

Luna was the visitor and she was dressed only in a robe. When she saw Mark's face she opened her robe, exposing her naked body and asked if she could come in.

Mark smiled and nodded as he opened the door, exposing his naked body to her. Luna entered the room and kissed Mark as he closed the door. Once the door was closed, she let her robe fall to the floor and grabbed his already hard cock and started walking into the room.

Luna had a pale complexion, like all other Silicans they had seen. She had blue eyes, a cute button nose and blonde hair done up in a pony tail. She only had A-cup breasts, but had very puffy pink nipples, she had no pubic hair at all, but a nice rounded ass. She looked like a very tall pale model.

As they exited the entrance hall Rayven was getting a blowjob from Annabelle as her ass was facing the entrance. Rayven just smiled and made the motion of licking while pointing at Annabelle's ass. Luna wasted no time as she bent down, grabbed Annabelle's hips and began to lick up through her wet womanly folds.

Mark, not wanting to be left out, decided to move around behind Luna and began rubbing his cock up and down Luna's wet slit. Luna was very wet already as Mark slipped his cock deep into her. Then after a couple of strokes, Mark felt the tingle as his cock expanded to better fill Luna's pussy.

Soon Annabelle realized it wasn't Mark licking her pussy, as she moved up to mount Rayven in cowgirl position. Mark and Luna then did the same right beside them. With Luna on top and in control, she got the most out of each stroke, and it didn't take long before Luna was in the throes of a climax and Mark was erupting cum deep inside her.

Annabelle and Luna dismounted and moved into a 69 position, but Annabelle found she wasn't tall enough to lick Luna'a pussy and still have Luna lick her, so Rayven jumped in to lick Luna clean, pausing frequently to give Annabelle a taste via a kiss, while Annabelle assisted by rubbing Luna's bright pink clit and dipping her fingers in now and then.

Mark just sat back in one of the chairs, near the balcony door, and watched the erotic scene on the bed.

After Rayven and Annabelle brought Luna to yet another orgasm, Luna gave everyone a kiss goodnight, slipped her robe back on and retired to her own room. Not long after she had left, the trio were fast asleep.

They all woke up early the next morning and made their way down to the restaurant to grab some coffee and breakfast.

Luna and Wesley, the shuttle pilot, joined them as the others started making their way down to the restaurant. Once everyone was present, Luna went over the itinerary for the day. It was going to be another full day of sight-seeing and then return them to the city by nightfall.

Unfortunately, the shuttle decided to take the day off, so Wes went about troubleshooting and attempting to repair it.

So everyone decided to make the most of it and just spend the day at the beach and lounging around on the patio.

Around lunchtime, Wes said he had found the issue and that replacement parts were being sent from the city, and that the crew bringing the parts was a maintenance crew and they were going swap shuttles and take them back to the city.

The parts and maintenance crew arrived right around supper time, so they all enjoyed one last excellent meal at the restaurant before heading back to the city. Since it was already dark, there wasn't much in the way of sight-seeing, so Luna just sat and talked with everyone on the ride back.

Although as they neared the hotel, Luna did her little tour guide thing and told everyone about the hotel and the government tower or GT as everyone called it.

Chancellor Shireen met them at the hotel landing zone and apologized for the problem with the tour company.

Everyone assured her that it was quite all right and that those sort of things happened, but also said that Luna had done an excellent job of entertaining everyone and they enjoyed the day at the lake and hotel. It didn't go unnoticed by Shireen that Mark, Annabelle and Rayven all gave Luna a kiss on the lips as they exited the shuttle.

The hotel wasn't quite as luxurious as the one out at the mountain lake, but it was fairly nice since it was likely frequented by government officials who came to the tower for meetings or assembly.

Since it was already getting late, everyone got checked into their rooms and spent some time in the hot tub beside the indoor swimming pool before retiring to their rooms. Shireen suggested they have breakfast and then for Mark, Annabelle and Liyana to come and make their presentation to the assembly at 10:30, but preferably earlier.

Everyone got another good night's sleep in the large beds and all were up early again the next morning. After a good basic breakfast of waffles and fruit, the three of them made their way next door to the GT and were escorted up to the assembly room and the top.

At 10:15 they were escorted in to the packed assembly as everyone had just been dismissed for break and were in the midst of refilling drinks and voting the washroom, but were all back in their seats when the Minister brought the assembly to order at 10:30.

Minister Horsman then introduced Mark and Annabelle as the King and Queen and then Liyana as an Ambassador of the Atlantean Federation. He then explained that they were peaceful visitors that were going to help with the Hawker situation and that they wanted to make their presentation about having Silica join their federation of planets, which now stood at 14 planets.

At the mention of 14 planets, a myriad of gasps and whispers could be heard all around the assembly. They of course knew about Maaku, but the fact that the universe was a lot more populated than they realized began to dawn on them.

Liyana pulled out her holocube and recited the same presentation she had made two days before. When she finished, the Minister opened the floor for a question and answer period, only this time with nearly 300 extra people there was quite a few questions, all of which Liyana handled with ease as Mark and Annabelle just sat and watched. There was a couple of questions regarding planetary defences that Mark fielded, but that was it.

An hour and a half later, the Minister thanked them for the presentation and said they would get back to them at the end of the day.

With their presentation over, everyone got together back at the hotel and called for a shuttle, which soon arrived and returned them to the Poseidon.

After an intense game of lacrosse and an orgy in the showers they finally heard back from the Silicans.

They weren't going to join the Federation at this time, but the Atlantean Federation was welcome to setup an embassy near the GT and they would entertain discussions regarding trade and tourism, but they did not want any outreach centres, planetary defences or the lift system.

Maaku was also welcome to open up an embassy if, after the vote, they decided to NOT join the Federation.

President Zyton was initially upset that Maaku had never been offered a chance to setup an embassy before, but soon abandoned those thoughts when he realized that the strength and size of the Federation was the only reason the Silicans were even entertaining the idea. Besides he fully expected Maaku to join the Federation when the vote happened.

The next morning they met with the Chancellor, Minister and a couple of city officials. They pointed out a plot of land that had a couple of abandoned warehouses on it and said that was where they could build the embassy.

They visited the site and scanned it from overhead to get the boundaries. That was when they noticed it was right beside one of the main transit routes and about halfway between two transit stops.

After asking for permission, they were allowed to build a transit stop right into the embassy and they could build it using Atlantean technology, so it wouldn't put any strain on their infrastructure.

They were a bit surprised when Mark asked if they could show them a design later that afternoon and if they approved it could be built overnight and operational tomorrow.

They agreed, so after the meeting they went back up to the Poseidon and began designing the new embassy.

Zyton and Morlan were just in awe of the speed and efficiency of the Federation.

Cricket projected a hologram of the lot into the central area of their residence as everyone sat down in chairs and discussed the design, with Cricket rendering her understanding of what people were saying.

The first step was to build the transit stop, then move outward from there. They opted to go with a mostly round building similar to the GT, the side facing the transit route would be straight. However due to the size of the site the building was only needed to be two levels high and it left room to have scenic parks and fountains all around it.

Everything for the public would be on the second level. The library, medical, cafeteria, bar, testing centre and the concourse for the spaceport as well as any offices. The lower level would have fitness facilities, a movie theatre and residences for all the personnel working at the embassy. The communications array was going to be right in the centre of the building and the roof would have numerous landing pads for a number of shuttles and shuttle buses.

The building itself was white with mirror tinted windows and the roof area would be blue with white numbers for the landing zones.

Once everyone was happy with the design, Cricket loaded it onto a construx as they contacted the Chancellor and asked if she had time to see their design at the site.

About half an hour later they were at the site and a few minutes later, the Chancellor, Minister and the same crew from the morning meeting showed up.

Mark took the holocube to the location Cricket indicated and activated it. Showing a life-size hologram of the embassy building they wanted to build. As everyone stood and stared at the building and surrounding parks and green spaces they agreed to the design and said to go ahead.

Seconds later the old warehouses started to disintegrate and the embassy started to construct. Within about 15 minutes the exterior shell of the building was complete and Mark told them if they wanted, they could come back tomorrow morning for a tour of the facility.

Since it was close to supper time, the Silicans excused themselves to go home for the day, with promises that they would be back tomorrow morning for a tour. Zyton and Morlan were still standing there with their mouths agape at the speed in which the construction happened.

Knowing the interior wouldn't be safe to enter until later, they all boarded the shuttle and returned to the Poseidon. Once back on board, Mark made an announcement that was broadcast to both Battlestars, asking for volunteers to staff the embassy. The positions were only going to be short-term positions and then they would rotate staff in on a regular basis.

After the announcement, Mark messaged Dominic saying that he may need to visit Silica to setup a currency exchange and then he called Kaleb and informed him of what had transpired on Silica and that they had requested not to have any warships or planetary defences in orbit.

Afterwards, they relaxed and watched a movie at the theatre, before heading to bed.

The next morning, they did their workout and went for breakfast, during which an announcement was made, 'Attention all staff who had volunteered to staff the embassy. Please grab your belongings and make your way to the shuttles in the starboard landing bay, shuttles will begin leaving in 15 minutes.'

Mark looked at everyone and asked, "Does everyone have their belongings?"

Liyana looked at him confused, "Why would we need our belongings?"

Mark smiled and said, "I volunteered you all to stay and work at the embassy! I still can't believe you made me sit through that horrible movie last night! This is the least I could do for you."

Annabelle was on one side and Rayven was on the other, as they both simultaneously punched Mark in the shoulder for teasing everyone. Mark just sat there and smiled through the abuse, as Maren said, "But we should get going if we want to be the first ones down there!"

At that prompt, everyone got up, put everything in the recycle bin and headed off to her shuttle in the port side landing bay.

A minute later, they were hailed by the Silican defences and directed to proceed to the embassy in Tiber. A few minutes after that and they were approaching the new embassy. It did look impressive with its 3/4 circle design with blue roof and the lush green parks with fountains and a couple of ponds surrounding the building.

They touched down on the roof and walked toward the large circular building in the centre that surrounded the communications tower. The building contained 4 hover elevators, positioned at each of the four directions, that went between the landing zone and the outside edge of the concierge desk below. There was a staff elevator that went to the ground level in the centre of the concierge desk as well as there was other elevators in the various staff only sections of the various amenities.

The only ground level entrances to the embassy, were simple doors for staff to use that exited into the parks, there was no public access to the ground level. The entire second level of the embassy had a 5 metre wide walkway that went around the entire building, shaded by the roof that hung out 2 metres further than the walkway and there were numerous escalators to the ground around the periphery.

Following what they had seen in the GT, each level was 5 metres high, so it looked spacious, even to the tall Silicans. The library was setup with standing desks and the computer and display could adjust up or down. Everything else was all built to Silican specs, so there was platforms for the shorter species to stand on behind the counters.

Within minutes of them entering the embassy, numerous other shuttles from both Battlestars showed up and the place suddenly didn't look so empty. Ambassador Treena had volunteered to stay and administer the embassy, so she stood up on the concierge counter and told everyone to take their belongings downstairs and pick out a room, then report back to her.

People hurried off to the hover elevator in the centre of the concierge desk and a couple of minutes later people started returning to the main level, soon people were headed off to their areas and the embassy was now open for business.

As if on cue, the Chancellor and a group of about two dozen Silicans came into the embassy from the transit platform... among them were some reporters and a few cameramen. Minister Horsman introduced everyone and then Mark and Shireen did a live public announcement about the embassy and the Atlantean Federation.

Once that was done, the reporter and camera crew went along on the impromptu tour given by Ambassador Treena. The various reporters and cameramen made several recordings that would likely be edited and spliced together for broadcast later. She did a very good job, not too rushed, but not too drawn out, in total the tour took about half an hour.

By the time they returned to the concierge desk, there were already numerous Silicans wandering about the embassy. One of them was Luna, who promptly came and kissed Mark, Annabelle and Rayven.

Cricket then told Mark, "See if you can get Luna to go into a medibed, I need to get a genetic sample of their species."

Mark then asked Luna if she would mind trying out the medibed, Luna was giddy and all for it, so they led her to the medical bay and she got into a medibed. Since she was the first of their kind it took almost 15 minutes, while it collected the information it required, before it displayed a time. 15 minutes later she was out of the bed and said she felt incredible, seeing her get out of the bed prompted a few others who were standing by, wary of the new technology, to try it out. As with all Federation buildings there was medibots in the air, so you had to provide identification to go into the medibeds and they were programmed with your identity.

Before they knew it, it was nearing lunch time so, by the time they got to the restaurant, it was already fairly packed. The restaurant was a decent size and had their menu displays at the entrance, where you waited to be seated. Once they got seated, each table had these digital tablet menus and the tables also featured table tent cards that explained that everything was synthesized and recycled.

Luna, of course, was asking all sorts of questions about how the testing centres worked and how much it would cost to visit another planet, and if they had to pick one planet to go to, which one would it be and why.

After explaining that they'd have to get the monetary people involved to setup the currency exchange, he said he didn't know how much it would cost to visit another planet, but they did tell her if she had to choose planets, Atlantis on Earth was #1, Atlanterra was #2 and the vote was split between Neptune or Atria for #3. She was welcome to research anything and everything about the Federation and all the planets at the library.

After lunch, both Shireen and the Minister commented that the food was very delicious and that they couldn't tell at all that it was synthesized. They then thanked them for the tour and eye-opening experience and said they were looking forward to working with the Federation.

Luna then gave Mark and the girls a kiss and excused herself to go to the library and said she hoped to see them soon on Earth. The Chancellor and Minister then added that they too might visit Earth to see what it's like on another planet.

With things well underway at the embassy and no idea where Sebastian and the Star Hunter went, they boarded the shuttle and returned Zyton and Morlan to the Cleito. After saying their goodbyes, both Zyton and Morlan expressed their thanks for opening their eyes on this trip and how the Federation continued to impress them with the way it operated and how they hoped that Maaku would soon be a part of it.

After leaving them on the Cleito to return to Maaku, Maren returned them to the Poseidon to begin the trip back to Earth. After talking with Adam, they decided to wait one more day as the Sentinel manufactured a seeding ship that they were going to leave cloaked out by one of their moons, just in case the Star Hunter returned.

During the night, the seeding ship had completed and been deployed, so when they woke up the next morning Adam asked where to go next.

While Mark considered returning to Earth, the World Peace Initiative was doing its job and he was still making himself available for calls and interviews from the ship. Since his whole crew was with him, Mark told Adam to look through the other planets that the Empire had found and plot a course to visit them, they had all been visited by the Maaku, but they hadn't done much in the way of actually working to improve life on either planet and only a couple of the planets had trade agreements.
