"I know of such magic, but have not performed it in many summers," he looked down at Dade, grabbing his own brow in thought. "I see no reason why it should not work." Lafreth stepped back, and raised his hands beginning to recite an incantation. Just as he finished reciting the spell, orange strands exploded from his fingers and encompassed Dade's form. The human fell to his knees, breathing heavily, and grasping his head tight.
Naiara stood at his side, putting a hand on his shoulders, "Father! He is wounded!", she looked at his form now, still grasping his head his eyes tightly shut. "Dade, Dade, open your eyes."
Lafreth turned and sat back down on his seat, thinking deeply, but not seeming too concerned. Lathir once again chuckled, and spoke in a slightly mocking tone, "It seems that the pet has got a bit of a headache."
Dade felt what he thought was his mind exploding, but the pain quickly wore off. He could slowly form knowledge out of the words that Naiara had spoke, and by the time Lathir talked he could fully understand them. He spoke in clear elvish,
"Where am I?"
