"I need some sleep now so I am going" she said softly and with that she got up and left closing the door behind her. As she walked the short distance to her room she passed a porter who was collecting shoes for polishing. He tipped his hat to her and wished her good night. For just a moment she had the most wicked thought as she looked at the handsome man before her in his smart uniform. Then it passed and she entered her room and sank onto her bed. She was beginning to wonder what kind of woman she was becoming, how had she allowed tonight to happen and could she live with herself like this. She had drunk from the cup of temptation and its taste was intoxicating, she would drink from it again, of that there was no doubt.
