"You're thinking serial killer?"

He nodded. "Looks like you're headed to San Francisco." He turned to his computer and began typing. "You and Agent Castlemen will drive down tomorrow to see if there are any links between this and the prior cases."

Nica rose to leave. At the door, Burnes' voice stopped her. "And Nica?" She turned back to him.

"Follow Castlemen's lead on this. He's got an eye for these cases. I expect your report the end of the week."
