"Anything new on that front? More photos?"

"Yes more photos, at the rate of about two a day and sometimes more. On top of that, there is a subtle trend toward the more sexual in nature."

"Remind me. She started out naked, right?"

"Just dressed very sexy. Very teasing but slowly building with the one or two photos a day. Now two or three photos a day."

"And more explicit."

"Right, and the most recent ones were outside, and you know how I like that."

"Yes I do, so that tells you she knows you well enough to be aware of your predilection for daring photos."

"That's right, but I'm no closer to knowing who she is."

"You've studied her features obviously, but consider things like hair style and color, does she shave her mound or trim it, and anything you can see."

"I've spent a lot of time studying those very things every time I get photos from her. Shaved clean, and...well you're one of the few that I know that shaves clean and it obviously isn't you, so that clue goes nowhere."

"She's getting to you."

"In a strange sort of way, she's doing just that."

"Nila maybe?"

"Oh hell no. Wrong hair color, she doesn't shave her mound, she'd never get into outdoor photos, and on top of all of that, she's the one that came up with the pulling back thing."

"Which is odd, because that implies she'd still see you but on a more restricted or limited basis."

"Not in this case though."

"You do have a mystery. Okay, so I'll get with you...would it distract you too much if we talked soon, like before your party?"

"I'd love to see you. Is there hope we would have time to get caught up?"

"Well not all evening, but I'm not planning on talking fast and then running away."

"Then we can get together tonight or whenever you wish, right up to Saturday afternoon."

"You're rapidly running out of time, so if you're sure, I'll come tonight. Yes, that will be better than waiting until after the party, because that wouldn't be fair to you."

"Honey, you just get to my place soon because I'm dying to learn what you're up to."

"I want to hear about everything you have going too."

Owen raced home, stripped out of his work clothes and jumped into shorts and a simple T shirt, and then grabbed the first bottle of red wine his hand landed on and opened that. He was so efficient however, that it was almost half an hour before Alana stepped inside and into his arms. "I've obviously been far too busy, because it's been too long since we've seen each other."

"It has been, but I've been busy too."

He kept her close to him with his arm around her as they strolled toward the den, and he asked her, "Everything back to normal between you and Dan?"

"No. I was ready to kill you after that party, but you didn't make him behave the way he did. I had no doubt he'd get felt up and he'd do his share of exploring, but he didn't have to screw two women."

Owen thought he remembered Dan saying that, but he just asked, "Two of them?"

"Two. Now he seems to think he's a stud and it's only right that he share himself with other women. Like June."

"What?"

"Well he's been in frequent contact with her anyway, and I now know that Peggy was part of his playtime with June."

"Oh honey, I'm sorry to hear that. I'll never enlist him or Perry again, if that helps at all."

"That will help. We can talk about him any time, but I have something important to tell you. Then we can talk until I run out of time, which will happen when Dan calls me in what I'm guessing a couple of hours.

"So he knows you're here."

"He knows, and he knows why." After a generous taste of her wine, she set her glass down, and turning to Owen she said, "I gave Dan a choice, and it's this. Mom and Dad have been pushing to come up and see me...excuse me, see us. As in you and me."

"Oh...oh shit."

"I gave Dan a choice of meeting them, and of course telling them the truth, that he's my husband and not you. That would also mean of course that he would have to smile and behave for the whole weekend. He still doesn't like them, and I can understand that, but if I was able to put the past behind me, then he should be able to do that as well. I'm not saying that I'm all hugs and love with them, but we have been e-mailing back and forth, and we've talked on the phone. We're getting to know each other again."

"That's fantastic news Alana. Okay, so all you and I have to do is be together and for awhile you and I will be married. Do I need to come up with some kind of wedding band?"

"Oh yes, I'm glad you thought of that. Just something cheap."

"I'll get one tomorrow. You'll need some of your things at my place too. Things on the mantle, on my dresser, and things like that along with a few clothes."

"My God, this is turning into a real move. I told Dan that Mom and Dad would be here Saturday morning some time. Really though, they'll be here Saturday afternoon and leave Sunday before lunch. I want us to have some time to just be together and talk and share."

"I have to say it again, fantastic."

"Owen, we can talk about what you're doing with Mom and Dad, but let's make it past tense. We just don't want to get into that any deeper. That way we can talk openly and yet not get into it as future parties. I'm not sure why, but something tells me that would be for the best. Oh, and honey, tell me how it went with your parents."

"We need more wine to get us through that," and he topped her glass off and they shared a light kiss. I'm really sorry you and Dan are struggling Alana."

"Thank you. I just have to get him away from thinking he's such hot property. Okay, we weren't going to talk about him now. Tell me everything."

"If I tell you everything you won't think very highly of my family I'm afraid."

"Well now you have to tell me. Oh, and I want to see the photos of your mystery woman before I leave."

"Are you sure you can't just stay here? You know, help with the party and just stay here. Okay, I'm not being serious, but we'd need that long to get through everything and have time to just live in the present."

"What you just said sounded nice though. Okay, your parents."

Chapter One Hundred Eighty Three

Alana kissed him and then he told her, "Honey, that whole weekend was wild, different, stressful in a way, and yet it was great. Let's start off with the fact that within minutes after their arrival, we were all naked, including Char." Alana was smiling as she stared at him and he went on with his long reliving of the family weekend, and it wasn't long before Alana said, "Owen, are you kidding me? Your cousins?"

"I know, that's past weird."

"Well at least you know that, and both of them. My God."

"I didn't have a clue they would do that."

"Well I like the way you attempted to escape their clutches," but then she smiled and said, "Nobody can say that there's fighting within the family."

"That's true," and he skipped telling her about Eva, except to tell Alana about Eva wanting to help with the party.

"I'm still picturing all of you running around naked."

"Well, you saw your parents run around naked when they were young, and I see mine that way now that they're older. You and I still have a lot in common."

"No kidding. At least I don't have brothers, sisters or cousins to worry about. What extended family I have lives far away and I don't even know where."

"Alana honey, it's so great having you here, but I miss the crazy stunts we pulled on the trip."

That put her smile back as she said, "That was a blast. A dangerous blast, but I still think about all of that."

"I do too."

Owen went on to tell Alana about Van's party, and how he thought that might go, and when she heard about the part Eva would be playing, she said, "I hope she's ready for an education, because from the sounds of it, she'll get one even if all she's doing is watching."

"She's really nervous about the party, but at the same time she's eager."

"Good for her, and I think you'll have more fun watching her handle what's almost sure to happen."

"I'm looking forward to it. Now here is the last part of my news, and this will get you," and that was the lead in to the party for his parents and their friends.

"Oh Owen, that doesn't sound good. Are you really going to watch them get into situations with their porn friends?"

Dad says they're going to be an audience, but they'll be enjoying what goes on vicariously."

"I hope so for your sake."

"If they get into something, I'm going to go park in my office."

"I don't blame you at all. But wow, a house full of porn actors past and present. And a video presentation? How wild, and I'm sure that will be."

"I'm experiencing some trepidation about all of that."

"I'll just bet you are. Then what?"

"Well party wise I'm going to shut down and stay that way for awhile. I've made very good money and had an incredible time, but it's like I can feel that it's going to take a toll on me, so...a hiatus of sorts."

"I think that would be good for your mental health. Let's go look at your mystery woman."

Before they sat in front of his computer, they fell into an embrace and shared a long kiss before he told her, "I've really missed you."

"You're on my mind so much it frightens me sometimes, and I wish we could just go to bed right now, but I just don't know when Dan will call."

"I do like how you think, but I'm going to enjoy the minutes we have now, and look forward to our time together this weekend. I can't get over the fact that Dan would prefer us being together for so long over him just facing your parents, swallowing his issues, and getting on with life. I just can't imagine that."

"I'm suddenly wondering if he has plans for some excitement of his own, and with me out of the house...well voila, he's free to raise hell."

"I don't know how you could find out either."

"I'll think about that, but right now I'm at a loss as well."

Owen walked Alana through the series of photos from the woman, and Alana told him, "You need to name her. Madam X or something that doesn't personalize her too much."

"Afraid I'll slip off the deep end?"

"Of course not, but why make all of that more stressful?"

"Okay, but I'll just call her X for short."

"She's very nicely shaped, and she looks pretty sexy, or that's how I'm sure guys would see her."

"Well that's how I see her, and that's for sure."

"Well now that I have the thought that Dan is up to something, I'm going home and think about this. Maybe I can trick him into saying something that will lead to a confession."

At the door they shared another tender kiss, and then he watched her leave before closing the door. It hit him right then. He still held strong feelings for her, but not the intense fire that had been with him through their whole weekend trip and beyond. That surprised him, but he just didn't want to dwell on that right then. He didn't want to, but he had to because it also struck him that he didn't have the strong hunger to bed either of his cousins that he'd experienced earlier. Had he satisfied his curiosity? Was that all it was to him? What about Eva? Is that how it would be with her as well? No he decided. She was older and didn't have that fire that Lori had, but she did have a more compelling mystique about her. What about Ann or Kathy? What about any of the women he'd been with in say the last year. Would he discover he felt much the same about all of them? He just couldn't accept that idea. What about X? What if he discovered who she was and decided he just didn't feel that familiar stirring in his crotch? All of that was almost too frightening to even consider.

Chapter One Hundred Eighty Four

Dan waited until he and Owen were leaving the restaurant at lunch time on Thursday to say, "I'm sure you think I've totally lost it, and maybe I do need a shrink, I don't know. I'm obsessing over what Alana's parents did to her, and I can't imagine facing them and think I'll keep my mouth shut and be civil to them."

"I've thought about that and I can see where you're coming from," Owen said sharing a half truth. "But you're not asking for my advice or opinions, so I won't share any."

"Feel free. Hell you've been through something similar and you struggled for years with that mess of yours, so you're well qualified."

"Maybe not, because the situations are different in some ways, and people are different but...well here's a suggestion if you're sure you're interested."

"Damn right I am."

"It's too late for this now I imagine, but later, by phone or e-mail, or however, let her parents know the truth about you being Alana's true husband. E-mail I think would be better, because that way you and Alana could spend time choosing your words, and they wouldn't be able to interrupt. Anyway, lay it all out about how you've struggled mightily with the issue, but want to meet them someplace neutral and just for an hour or two. It would be a lot easier to face them for an hour than a weekend, that's for damn sure. Then take it from there. Linger with them longer, arrange another get together, or just blow it off and call it done. You and or Alana could still see them or not as each of you choose. If nothing else, think of it as a long and dreaded meeting at the office. Something to be endured and to get past."

Dan stopped walking and looked at Owen for a second. "Damn you make that sound simple, but of course it wouldn't be. But what you say makes sense. Enough sense that I feel stupid for not considering that long ago."

"I'm on the outside, so I don't have the emotional baggage you have that has gotten in your way.

"That's true enough. I wonder if it really is too late to do that."

"All you can do is talk to Alana about that and go on from there."

"Owen, do you love Alana?"

Still standing in the middle of the parking lot, Owen said, "Very much Dan, but as a very good friend. I'm not into perusing another man's wife to find a mate. Here's a question for you now. Have you been with June again?"

"What the hell...why did you ask that?"

Owen knew that Alana's suspicions were dead on. He had to fabricate a lie and fast, so taking a chance, he said, "I talked to June and she made a very oblique comment that...well the more I thought about what she said, and then with you and she having that very powerful time together at the party and...add to that you and Alana struggling...well I just put it all together. Did I come up with a wrong number?"

"No, but damn Owen, don't tell Alana. That's the last thing our relationship needs right now and I'm not going to be with June again. That was her decision, but she's right of course."

"It's up to you to tell her Dan, not me."

As they resumed their short walk across the parking lot, Dan caught Owen off guard by saying, "You and Alana sure had a hell of a time on your trip."

Owen was the one to stop then as he said, "You really want to get into that now? Maybe we should, but after work."

"No, we don't need to wade through everything you two shared. Alana told me what I assume is everything. I doubt you two had time for much more."

Dan took a step forward, so the two of them continued as he said, "I knew you two would get into something pretty intense, but that's the price I was ready to pay to avoid her parents. That's pretty sick isn't it. Anyway, that's all we need to say about that I guess."

"If you...if it would help to talk about that at some point..."

"I'm good Owen, but thanks. You see, there are issues about that whole thing that I'm still working through, and that only I can learn to accept and embrace, or handle it in another way."

Instantly Owen remembered what Alana had said about Dan getting so totally into her story and very passionate with her, so he was certain that was what Dan was talking about.

"Are you going to be home tonight," Alana asked Owen as he drove home from work.

"I'll be there. I take it Dan talked to you."

"Yes, but I want to hear from you what was said."

"Just come over when you can love."

"I'm on my way so I'll see you in fifteen minutes."

"Great," and Alana almost beat Owen to his house, coming in behind him.

Leaving their cars parked on the concrete loop driveway in front of the house, Alana joined him, and slipping her arm through his, they went inside, but then she stopped him. "Unless I'm mistaken, you always get out of your work duds right away."

"I always do, you're right."

"Great," and yanking on his tie she relieved him of that and tossed it aside and began to unbutton his shirt. "I love what you're doing honey, but I'm surprised."

"I'll explain while you and I share an after work shower," and he smiled as he reached for her top. Slapping his hands, she said, "You just relax baby, and I'll see to everything."

"I'm yours to command."

"I love that thought and yet we never got around to trying that," and then she relieved him of his slacks. "I like you better commando."

"That's how I am a lot."

Chapter One Hundred Eighty Five

On her knees in front of him in the shower, Alana told Owen, "I'll see to your needs." as she bathed him, and she paid extra attention to his whole pelvic area. "You see honey, sadly in a way, you were very effective when you talked to Dan."

"Really? I wasn't sure he was buying what I said."

"Well he was, so tonight we'll draft a long e-mail to my parents. That means you and I won't have that time on the weekend to see to each other's needs." Then looking up at him as she held his soapy stiff cock she said, "Owen, this will probably be our last time alone together. Like I said, I'm a little sad that Dan decided to listen to you."

"I'm a little sad too honey. Maybe a lot sad, but..."

"You don't have to say it baby, I know we couldn't continue seeing each other anyway, but I liked the idea that we just might that one more time, and then that one more time again, each special and potentially our last time together."

After rinsing and half drying each other, they moved to the bedroom and lay close to each other as he said, "I was considering asking you to come to the party as another assistant."

Her smile bloomed and to him, her eyes seemed to dance and glow as she said, "God, now wouldn't that have been fun. We could have teased each other mercilessly."

"That's what I was thinking too, but we both know that wouldn't have been a good idea."

"I'm going to tell Dan about this in a couple of days after I've recovered from tonight. I'll drive him crazy with little stories and scenarios."

"I'll envy him then, but right now it's all about you and me."

"Wait lover, you'll have what's her name, your...oh Eva there with you."

"That's true, but..."

"You were hoping for a threesome weren't you."

"That thought didn't come to me, but...well I'll go to sleep tonight thinking about that idea."

"Yes, do that and I'll use that on Dan too, but Owen, I really would have loved to come to your party."

"Never say never honey. Just maybe one of these days..."

"Yes, as long as we're alive there's always a chance for the things we want."

"What I want right now though is you my sexy lover," and she smiled as he moved over her and they shared a deep kiss before she guided him into her.

As Owen entered her very slowly, she smiled up at him as she said, "Yes baby, let's make this last and I've decided this won't be our last time. I don't know how or when, but I have to think you and I will have this chance again."

"I really hope you're right."

Their passions carried them for a couple of hours, but they both finally had to admit they were used up. "You and I are so damn compatible," Alana said after they shared a light kiss. Do you ever wonder how it would be if we were married? I know I do. It's easy for me to imagine this and that, but how would it really be, day to day? You...well us having those parties, going to work, the grocery and all the things couples share. But we both have to admit that the intensity of our lovemaking would taper off as it does for all couples. I'd never tire of us making love though."
