Anonymousover 6 years agoReally like the direction this is going, it's definitely unique. My only complaint is the use of current day technology in the story. While this chapter doesn't specify the time, it feels like the distant future or at least an alternate one. Having real life companies like Twitter and Google in there was very immersion breaking. I think fictional aspects of these would have been better, even if there were no changes to them. The Magic the Gathering bit at the beginning was fine because it incorporated holograms into it.
