Vex glanced over at Markus, bringing the now-glowing vial from between her breasts. "Didn't have one. This is a component preservation vial, used for alchemical ingredients."
"Preser... alchem..." Markus pondered her words with a hand on his chin, a pained expression growing on his forehead.
"Vex! That's disgusting!" he exclaimed after a moment, then laughed heartily. She nudged him with her elbow.
"I didn't write the fucking laws of magic, Markus," Vex retorted with a chuckle.
"Just nasty," he added with a smile, pulling out his coinpurse now that they were a block away from the house. He fished out the six silver payment for Vex.
"Keep it," she said, shaking her head. "I don't need the coin." Vex felt far too ashamed to take it after her performance. She'd already gotten what she'd came for.
Markus glanced at her in bewilderment, then shrugged as they continued walking. He returned the coins to the pouch.
"At least buy you a drink?" he offered. Vex puckered her lips, swishing the salty aftertaste around in her mouth.
"Sure. I could go for something sweet," she replied with a wink.

kuhpa01over 3 years agoA "Nature Sorceress", could describe a Druid, who has magic related only to Nature (animals, plants and sometimes elements like rain and wind). My personal favorite Druid is the character Tamuril in the story "Surfacing" by Etaski.
She is alternately bold and determined, and shy and timid. Acts virginal yet desperately hides a lusty past she both longs for and is ashamed of. A fierce warrior in protecting her forest, yet a scared bunny rabbit when confronted with her sexual desires.
Now I really have something of yours to look forward to!
Kelteriserover 3 years agookay so everything is nice and dreamy except she has an end game/goal everything working towards an end result - nothing mundane like riches but maybe possession of something ephemeral that would give her superior magic power thus allowing her to become a very valuable asset to the strongest leader she just happens to fancy...
