Elise and Rod

I danced twice more with her and then it was my turn to go to the bathroom. When I got back to the table Rod was standing there talking with Elise. As I walked up to the table Elise stood up and said:

"Watch my purse sweetie, this nice young man asked me to dance."

I smiled and said, "Keep it clean," and Elise gave me a funny look as Rod led her away.

It was what I had been waiting for. I picked up Elise's purse and took out all her cash and credit cards and put the purse back down on the table. I took videotape out of my pocket and set it down on top of her purse. It was a copy of some of her meetings with Rod and I had tied a pretty red ribbon around it with a bow. I placed a card on top of it and then I got up and left. When they got back to the table and opened the card they would see that it said:

"Just a little something for your viewing pleasure as you and Rod start out your new life together. P.S. Don't bother calling me, it won't do you any good."
