StressingAsianover 15 years agoAs far as a sex/BDSM story this played out well, but the central character really bugged me as a generic Asian submissive. Lines like "as an Asian my choice was clear..." really broke any connection I was feeling to the scene. I was always taught not to fool around with with boys because o my *Chinese* values, especially since the story makes it seem like the protagonist was raised in Asia. I mean, how often do you hear Americans referring to their Caucasian values? It's a little thing, but their are a couple of instances and it just grated me the wrong way.
