Finally

It was Sarah. "Hey are you guys still at the lake? I though you were coming over for the barbeque tonight? Dinner is almost ready so you better hurry up."

"Oh my god. Sorry I know we're running late. We just lost track of time"

Dan's hands making lazy circles over her body were making it hard for Lauren to concentrate on the conversation.

"Ok well hurry up and get your asses over here" Sarah laughed on the other end.

"We're on our way. I just want to have a quick shower before we leave. See you soon"

Lauren hung up the phone and then looked at Dan. "Do you mind if I join you for shower number two" he teased with a grin.

Lauren pulled him up out of the bed and led him into the bathroom.

"No funny business," she warned, "dinner is almost ready and we can't keep everyone waiting."

"OK, ok" Dan chuckled.

30 minutes later Dan and Lauren walked into his parents backyard. Dan held Laurens hand tightly, determined not to let this amazing girl get away from him.
