"Of course sweetie." Kara smiled and placed a gentle kiss on top of Jaime's head. She led them to bed and slipped under the covers with her lithe, pale brunette love held close. She kissed her on the tip of her nose and said, "Goodnight, Sweetheart."
"Goodnight, Love." Jaime answered, closed her eyes and nuzzled her face into Kara's neck. She felt so safe and happy, she felt like a huge weight had been lifted from her shoulders after her father's acceptance. With the image of him touching her cheek and telling her how much she looks like her mother playing in her mind's eye she fell asleep.

DianeRedfernover 8 years agoVery nice change of the pacing to allow Jaime to catch up with the part of herself left behind and reconcile it with her new future. I enjoyed the break in slam-bang action sex to allow Jamie's emotional changes to catch up with her physical changes. I can easily relate.

One minor note trough is pronounced troff while through is pronounced thru.
Great story, keep it going.
Sandie8222over 11 years agoI have enjoyed the series, so far, please going with Chapter 5 and beyond. It shows how some people can find happiness, by looking into their inter self and doing some about it. Great job with all your writing.
