I do not think it is a good idea for us to go back to sleep tonight, Willi replied. Best to acclimate ourselves to this arrangement before displacing our souls once more.

One's soul partially leaves one's body in order to dream; that is the displacement of which I speak. A stream of knowledge came along with the thought, imparting the necessary concepts to Zsálya far more easily than Willi could have ever done with words.
I see, Zsálya answered after assimilating what Willi had shown her. So... what now? she asked, with the mental equivalent of a giggle.
Willi's physical mouth curled in a soft smile, and he sent Zsálya a stream of warm feelings that approximated a great big hug. Well, I promised that I would find you a way to the Endless Forest. As long as I am up and awake, I may as well begin.
Donning his white-and-blue uniform, Willi left his bedroom and turned towards the library.
