"I can't believe you did that for me." Zelinnia whispered.
Elunara looked back as if she'd forgotten the woman. She shrugged. "Mission specialist. I've fucked worse."
Zelinnia shrugged. "How did you keep that up?"
She laughed. "Endurance training."
"No. I mean... the..." She shuddered. "The sweet talk."
"More training." She scratched her head and looked at the tattered clothing. "Goddamned asshole thinks he saved me from the "savagery" of my husband, yet tears my clothes off at every turn." She held up the rags. "Disgusting." She tossed them in a pile by the bucket. "If I have to hear him say one more negative thing about Grogek, I may just slit his throat and deal with the army on my own."
"You must really love him."
A single tear ran down her cheek. "I want my baby." She whispered. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. Wiping her face she looked up. "I have no spotter, I'm not certain my notes are getting through, and I might actually be cracking. I have to get out of this hell hole." She crossed her arms and glared at the door. "If only they'd let me get one good look at this place. I'd be able to figure this out. All I have are impressions and glimpses." She paced back and forth. "And for the love of Elune, I want my papers!" She growled in frustration.
Zelinnia watched her pace back and forth. "I can give you a layout."
Elunara sighed. "Without some paper, I can't really plan on a description."
"No. I mean..." She held out her hands and concentrated. Across the ground, a map glittered to life. She collapsed against the pile of furs.
"That... that's perfect."
"I can only do it for so long."
"It's enough." Elunara had her perform the spell several times, studying and memorizing the layout.
Night came and as usual Lorros came back in. He seemed intent on the usual romantic kisses and touches, until he backed out and flipped her over. She blinked in surprise at the dirt in her face. Before she had time to react, he shoved himself into her ass. She winced but maintained her theme. He was without mercy, or perhaps he just didn't care if it felt any different for her. Once he spilled himself, he fell to her side and wrapped his arms around her. She snarled into the darkness.
After he had gone in the morning, Elunara growled. "What kind of jackass goes in dry?" She stabbed the earth until she felt better. Finally she plopped down on the pile of furs.
"That looked painful." Zelinnia said quietly.
"Not as much as it should." She shrugged.
A sheet of paper appeared and floated down from the ceiling. Elunara grabbed it. She read the encoded message."Oh Gerald, I may kiss you!" A little more spit and dirt and she began to scribble messages.
Grogek and Renwa arrived near the Horde encampment. The rest of the army held back, awaiting orders. Renwa called out to a guard. "We seek an audience with Thrall!"
The troll turned and ran.
"I want my wife back." Grogek growled. "Why are we bothering with these politics?"
"I do not wish to start a war with the Horde. I don't think Lorros is here. It's too quiet. We need to locate him first."
Thrall rode out and met the two."Why are you here? Frostfire is no place for yours."
Renwa held up and arm at Grogek. "Elunara has been taken by Lorros. We demand her back."
"He didn't..." Thrall whispered.
Renwa held up the piece of fur. "I have proof."
Thrall shook his head. "I don't need your proof. Lorros has not given up his obsession. He became cruel and unruly. While his methods are questionable, his results have been unparalleled. We sent him off to train troops away from the main lines, but we did not know he'd resort to kidnapping."
"I want my wife back." Grogek repeated in a low growl.
"Come, I will take you to the training yard."
Thrall left the two outside the gate and headed in. He turned to a random orc. "Get me Lorros."
The orc ran off and Thrall looked around. He was not happy with what he had seen. Lorros wandered over, taking his own sweet time.
"What do you want, green skin?"
Thrall ignored the attempted insult. "I want to look around. I heard you had an uninvited guest recently."
"Go away. We don't need your approval."
Elunara was laying flat on her belly trying to see outside when she spotted the green skin. She jumped up and whistled loudly.
Thrall looked around. He narrowed his eyes at a tent to the north. He tried to press past Lorros, but the brown orc knocked him backwards. "Go away. You are not wanted here."
"You took something that didn't belong to you." Thrall glared.
Lorros motioned and a pair of guards came and dragged Thrall and shoved him out on the snow.
Thrall went back to the pair. A messenger had ran up and handed a sheet to Renwa. Renwa was studying it with Grogek.
"She's in a tent on the north end."
"Thanks, we already got that." Renwa held up the paper.
Thrall marveled at the detailed map. "She is resourceful."
"That's my cunning little she wolf." Grogek grinned.
"She is being held with a female Blood Elf. She has offered asylum to this woman. I think we should honor that." Renwa nodded.
"How are we to get in and free her?" Thrall frowned. "He has an army."
Grogek roared, and at once a wall of men and women formed on the ridge. "I brought my own army."
Thrall stared. "All of that, for one woman?"
"And every one of them volunteered to bring her back." Renwa nodded grimly. "Time to test who trained the better army."
"HE TOOK MY WIFE!" Bellowed Grogek. "I'LL TAKE HIS HEAD!!"
The army cheered.
Elunara paced the small tent. "Thrall had to of heard me."
"I don't know why you didn't just call out."
"Rule number one of captivity. Always keep your captors happy. NO matter what cost. They like you, they don't kill you, and they keep the torture to a minimum." She shrugged. "Unless torture makes them happy, then we get into other discussions." She rocked her head back and forth.
"You have been captured before?"
"Plenty. Mostly on purpose."
Lorros yanked back the tent door and marched in, a growl on his face. "Who did that?"
Zelinnia shrank back on the floor, trying to make herself small. Elunara slid her hands on Lorros' chest. "Me, my love."
He glared down at her. "Why?"
She stood on her toes and brushed a kiss on his mouth. "Because I longed for you, and saw no other way to gain your attention. You leave me in here so long... I would like to bask in the sun."
He pushed her back. "No. It's not safe."
"But, when, my love? When will it be safe?" She worked up tears. "We cannot be together like this. I should stand at your side, not cower in this little tent."
He rubbed a thumb on her cheek. "I will make it safe, heart. I will. I just need more time, and your patience."
She ran her hands up his chest and around his neck. Her ears picked up a familiar sound. She pressed her mouth to his, and ran her hands up and pulled him in with her. She blocked his ears with her hands in a mockery of passion. He shoved her down and knelt above her. He was trying to undo his pants.
"LORROS! SHOW YOUR SELF!" Grogek bellowed.
Lorros looked to the door. He pointed at her. "Stay."
"I await the result." She said breathlessly.
He ran out and barked at the guards.
"Oh, thank Elune." She muttered. She rolled over on to her belly and slithered up to the tent door. Seeing the fighting, she jumped up. "I'm tired of this charade." She opened her hand and summoned her dagger. She leapt, cut open a tent wall and raked her dagger across one of the guard's throats. Switching hands, she shoved it in the jugular of the other. They both hit the ground.
Tossing open the door, she tracked Lorros' movements. Just before he could reach Grogek, Elunara flung her dagger. It flew straight and true, hitting Lorros in the back of the knee. In a flash, it vanished.
"That was terrifyingly impressive." Zelinnia poked her head out of the door.
"You should see me when I'm actually trying."
Elunara grabbed Zelinnia's arm and made her way through the crowd of fighting men.
Lorros stared at his leg in shock. The dagger hadn't done much, but it was enough to be a bother. He didn't even have the dagger to inspect and see who it belonged to. He looked up and saw Elunara staring down at him, the guards dead at her feet. He stood and shook it off. She was frightened and he had to save her. First, he would deal with this nuisance like he should have in the beginning.
"GIVE ME BACK MY WIFE!" Roared Grogek.
"SHE IS NOT YOURS TO HAVE!" Lorros roared.
Axes clashed as Grogek and Lorros fought each other.
"Some women think that having men fight over them is amazing." Zelinnia watched the action with terror. "I think I might soil myself."
Elunara tugged her in a different direction. "It is bullshit is what it is." She yanked Zelinnia out of harm's way again. "There! I see Renwa."
"Who? Would you stop yanking my arm out of its socket?" She muttered as she tried to keep up with the Night Elf's pace.
"RENWA!" Elunara yelled.
He looked around and spotted her. "Elunara!"
"Hold this." Elunara shoved Zelinnia at Renwa. "I have to go to Grogek."
He nodded. Looking down at the woman in his arms, he blinked. "Let's get you out of harm's way." He said, as he led her back through the gates.
Zelinnia continued to stare. "Yeah, sure, whatever you say."
"You will give me back my wife, you pathetic whelp!" Grogek roared.
"So you can whore her out to your men? Never!"
Grogek stopped and stared. "That's what you think?"
"A real man wouldn't let another man touch his woman!" Lorros lunged.
"No!" Grogek roared. "A real man lets his wife do what makes her happiest!" He slung the axe and caught Lorros in the chest.
Lorros was thrown to the ground. He grabbed the bleeding gash in his chest. Spotting Elunara behind Grogek, he reached out. "Get away, my heart. It's not safe."
Grogek hesitated and looked back. Elunara ran down towards them.
"No." Lorros waved his hand. "Get away."
She threw herself at Grogek, tears streaming down her face. "I missed you so much."
Grogek wrapped his arm around her. "Are you crying, my love?"
"No. I'm trying to water the flowers." She buried her face in his chest.
Grogek laughed. Lorros looked back and forth in confusion. "But you said..."
Elunara glared. "I say a lot of things, asshole." She snarled. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I'd like to get back to my baby." With that, she marched off.
Grogek snarled. "You took my wife, I take your head." His axe rang true as he sliced Lorros' head from his body. One of the men walked up and Grogek pointed. "Bring that."
The soldier did a good job of hiding his disgust as he put the large head in a bag. He handed it to Grogek who attached it to his belt. "TROOPS" He bellowed. "WE ARE DONE HERE. FALL BACK!"
Outside the gate, Elunara dove on Grogek again. He held her in his arms and buried his face in her hair and neck. "I was so worried." He mumbled.
"He's bigger than the last one." Zelinnia declared in awe.
Grogek looked up and eyed the Blood Elf. He looked down at Elunara. "Did you find another one?"
Elunara laughed. "No, I'm pretty sure this one is straight."
"Another one what?" Zelinnia looked skeptical.
"Let's just go home." She buried her face in his chest.
Thrall appeared. "Forgive me. I had no idea..."
"Can it, Thrall, I am not in the mood." Elunara snapped.
Thrall turned to the Blood Elf. "Are you going through with this?"
She gave a shaky shrug. "I don't trust your judgment any more. I don't trust the Horde any more. This Night Elf not only saved my life, but gave her body to that monster to do so. No, I think I prefer to give my loyalty elsewhere." She marched off to stand by Renwa.
Grogek raised an eyebrow. "You just can't stop saving them, can you?"
"I have no idea what you do to me." She grumbled.
He laughed.
Elunara rode in Grogek's lap, while Zelinnia rode with Renwa. They had gathered the army and headed back to their town. She wasn't a needy person, but having Grogek's arms around her made her feel better, she did not move far out of his arms until they were back in town.
