"Her... "boyfriend" cheated on her at every turn. I wasn't the first or even the most often. I was just the last. Which, was pretty much the first time I did anything with him. Tyrine was just blind to it."

Elunara held out a hand. "I'll deal with the rest of this tomorrow. It's too late to do right now."

"I'm glad your family is safe again."

Taking the book back, she tucked it in her pocket. "You and me both." Elunara ran her fingers through her hair. "Now, if you'll excuse me..." She gave an awkward bow and walked out.

Tyrande rubbed her fingers over her eyes. "Now, I have the mental image of my daughter having sex with Varian." She sighed.

"Are you sure you're fine?" Varian ran his fingers through her long, purple hair.

"Sweetheart, I'd like to celebrate being rid of that complete pain in my ass."

"Good." He pressed his mouth to hers, and her hands came up behind his back. "I'd like to thank you for saving my life... again."

Giggling, she kissed his chin. "Gotta keep my meal ticket whole and healthy."
