The only problem: No way in real life they would let Goli rise on her own after taking that kinda spill. Plus, your character, Dan, shouldn't have moved her head at all in case of spinal injury.
Just a little medical FYI if ever you find yourself in a situation where a beautiful Israeli takes a bad tumble off her bike in the future....
