Eventually, he tracked down Maddy Bauer, née Madeleine Grubb. She had married a top-earning real estate broker for commercial properties and an alumnus of the Domino Society. She was running for Congress when Weiss loaded up his sling and fired the damaging digital footage of her sorority exploits long thought to have been erased from hard-disk memory.
