I just leaned forward and kissed her softly on the mouth, holding her by the hips. "Thank you Kay for.." I paused....... "for everything baby!" I finally said.

I stood in the doorway watching Kay walk down the hall toward the elevator. Her hips swung seductively from side to side as she moved. As she stepped forward into the elevator she looked back over her shoulder and waved a sexy hand at me smiling sweetly.

I closed the door and thought to myself. Things were certainly going well so far in my new place. I could hardly wait to see what other fun things my new neighborhood had in store for me.
