With their parents there, and not leaving for school or pretty much at all besides supply trips to town, it will be hard to keep their affair a secret from mom and dad. And, for the story, it'll be really hard to keep it believable. Its already a little bit hard to swallow. The parents of two teenaged twins who are overachievers want to take the kids away from society during their formative years. When many people form life long friendships, learn as much or more from a professor as from a textbook, and many times - marriage. I can totally see how a brother and sister can fall for each other, especially if both are driven scholastically and don't feel like they are super physically attractive. They could easily turn to each other for emotional and sexual comfort. Hell, my own sister and I have been in a relationship for years. We aren't twins, but both a little OCD which doesn't make for easy relationships. So we have made a life together since we understand each other and love each other in every way. But our folks did their best to SEE TO IT that we had as rich a young experience as our personalities would permit. But sex is a little messy, both physically and emotionally, so it became obvious that our lives are simpler and infinitely more enjoyable while we are together. Brother and Sister should always take care of each other.
