Pete's mouth left her breast and found her mouth as they increased their thrusts into each other. Almost as a mirror of their fucking action, Kelly's tongue was forcing its way into Pete's mouth until she could only feel his cock and he could only feel her tongue. The rest of the world disappeared as they approached their mutual climax.
As if on signal, Kelly released her hot juices, bathing his cock, forcing his juices to stream from his cock and blast onto the back wall of her vagina. They both stiffened, mouths open, eyes closed, every muscles in their bodies straining to reach the epitome of bliss. They were frozen in time for a few long seconds before finally blasting breathe from their bodies and collapsing back onto the bed.
Pete bounced on Kelly as his weight dropped onto her thighs and belly. Kelly's breathe whooshed out of her as she pulled him down on top of her. Pete quickly raised himself onto his elbows to relieve the pressure on her chest but she held him tightly to her while she fought for breathe.
As their breathing began to return to normal, Pete began kissing her face. He rained kissed on her forehead, her nose, her cheeks, her chin, and finally her mouth. As he kissed her, Kelly tasted something different and realized that his kisses were covered in her sweat. She opened her eyes and saw that he was sweating a little as well but she was mostly aware of the wetness that covered her body.
She instantly began to push him away. Pete resisted and as he did so, she began to panic. No, she thought, she wasn't supposed to sweat. He'll be so offended by my sweat he'll never see me again. I have to get up and dry off. As these thought repeated themselves in her head, she fought harder to get him off her and get to the bathroom.
Finally, Pete grabbed her wrists and pinned her to the bed with her arms over her head.
"Kelly, what's wrong? Why are you pushing me away? What have I done? Talk to me, Kelly, what's going on?"
"Just get off. I need to get up now. Get off me."
She spoke these words through gritted teeth, almost as a threat. Pete was watching her face and saw that she seemed to be angry and was really serious about getting up.
"Kelly, if I let you go and you don't tell me what's going on, our relationship is over. Is that what you want?"
"Just get off me now! I mean it!"
Pete let go of her wrists and rolled to the side, allowing her to scoot from the bed and race to the bathroom, slamming the door behind her. He walked slowly to the bathroom door and tried to talk to her through the closed door.
"Kelly, what's wrong? Talk to me, please. Something's happened and I don't understand. I need you to talk to me."
The only sound he heard was her sobbing. She was obviously muffling it in a towel, he guessed, but she was definitely sobbing. Defeated, he began looking around for his clothes. As he began to dress, her heard her shower start and assumed that she was washing away the evidence of their lovemaking. He didn't understand and since she wouldn't talk to him, she left him no choice but to leave. He dressed quickly and walked out the door before her shower stopped.
A few minutes later, Kelly came out of the bathroom dressed in only a towel. When she realized that he was gone, she was devastated. She threw herself on the bed and sobbed loudly for a long time. Finally exhausted, she slept for several hours before waking in mid-afternoon. As she lay there on the sheets soaked with their sweat, she slowly realized that his departure was her fault.
She remembered that he had begged her to talk to him but in her panicked state, she only wanted to get away and get dry. The teasing she had endured as a youngster about her sweating and the outright nasty reactions of her ex-husband to her sweating had conditioned her to react defensively whenever she was caught sweating. The fact that Pete had not reacted badly to her sweating hadn't altered her reaction. She had to explain to him, if he would even listen to her after the way she treated him today. She had to apologize to him and beg him to give her a second chance. Maybe next time, she could handle her sweating without driving him away.
Suddenly, she flew to her purse to find his business card. He had given her one at the bowling alley and she had just tossed it into her purse. After a few minutes of searching, she found it. With the card in her hands, she remembered what he had said at the time. The only way to be sure he would get a message was through email. He didn't always listen to his phone messages.
She sat at her computer with the email opened in front of her. It took a long time to compose her message. She wasn't sure he would even read it. She apologized for her behavior and took full responsibility for her actions. She also promised to explain in more detail if he would only give her a chance. Finally, at 6 pm on Thursday, she pressed the send key and prayed.
As luck would have it, Pete was scheduled at client sites on Friday and had a weekend engagement with his brother so he didn't see his email messages until Monday morning. He read and reread the message from Kelly, not trusting himself to absorb it all in one reading. In the end, he allowed himself a small smile. It wasn't him, after all, it was her. He finally replied to her message. His reply was short and to the point. I'll see you Tuesday at bowling.
When Kelly got the message on Monday morning, her heart soared. He hadn't rejected her completely. He was willing to see her on Tuesday and she was sure she could explain her problem to him better in person than in an email. Now she just had to survive two more days.
Kelly was nervous. She was standing in front of Pete's locker at the bowling alley and the league was scheduled to start in 10 minutes. She leaned back against the wall of lockers and prayed silently. Suddenly, Pete appeared at the entrance to the small room.
He stepped in to the room and stopped when he saw her standing there. Against her better judgment, she leapt forward and jumped up to wrap her arms around his neck and hug him tightly, squealing his name at the same time.
He was surprised by her quick movement but managed to wrap his arms around her as her body collided with his. She was kissing his neck and her feet were off the floor as he held her. In the next instant, her mouth found his and he returned her kiss. They both held the kiss for a long time. Finally, he loosened his grip on her and she put her feet down.
"Oh, Pete, I'm so sorry. I messed up big time last Thursday. You were incredible. You did every thing right. It was my fault. Oh, Pete, please forgive me. Please give me another chance. I can explain, really I can. I love you."
She looked into his eyes as she stopped talking and waited for him to respond. She almost stopped breathing as she waited. It seemed an eternity before he finally spoke. He almost whispered but she knew his words were serious.
"If you ever run away from me again, there will be no going back. If we have a disagreement, about anything, you stay and fight it out until it is resolved. There will be no locked doors between us. Understand?"
"Yes, darling. I understand."
"This still isn't finished. We have a lot of talking to do but now is not the time. For now we can declare a truce, if you like, and we'll get back to this problem at a more convenient time, ok?"
"Yes, ok. Thank you, darling, thank you so very much."
She reached up to slip her arms around his neck and he bent his head to kiss her. This time, the kiss was warm and gentle, signifying that they were on the road to recovery. He whispered to her as the kiss ended.
"Just for the record, Kelly, men sweat, women perspire."
