Krygan's Pets Pt. 01

"I am not as eager to bed strange species as you Donadar. It's a nasty habit you have. But one I overlook in light of your service to me. Very good. Keep them restrained until we land, then take them to processing and isolation. I don't want any nasty viruses or filth from these specimens contaminating our world. Make sure all of them are scrubbed down to the last molecule and then use the standard group and gender holding cells. Also wait until I have cleared it before you attempt any of your usual perversions with these creatures. I will be by the quarantine area in two days to pick out those I wish to keep. Then you may conduct your experiments on the rest."

The interrogator nodded and smiled.

"As you wish Lord Holder."

The imposing figure and the interrogator left together and the captives thought about everything that they had overheard. Jennifer looked at the opposite wall. There were several other human captives facing her. She would have felt conscientious about being naked before so many staring eyes if it were not for the fact that everyone else was also nude.

The confining energy field, which held them frozen in place, was unseen and so everyone could view everyone else. Men and women were captives. They alternated gender as they spread down the long hall. She tried to turn her head to view further but it remained held firmly locked forward.

She wondered how these creatures were speaking English in her mind when obviously their mouths were moving and making quite different sounds? Was there a technology that translated their speech or was the communication telepathic?

Like everyone else she wondered what these creatures were planning? Were their human captives to be slaves? Toys for their cruel whims? Or perhaps experiments for the aliens to engage in during some perverse session of twisted exercises? It was impossible to know.

From her position she could not see what had happened to Jason Wu during the interrogation. But she had heard it and knew that one of their own was dead. A stranger to her perhaps. But also a fellow member of her own species.

Apparently they were on a space ship of some sort. Perhaps a military ship. The imposing alien seemed to be the ruler of this vessel. The other had called him Lord Holder. She wondered what that title meant? He had seemed colder, crueler, and more dangerous than the Donadar. That in and of itself was very disturbing.

She had noticed many physical differences that made her wonder if one was a subspecies of the other. The most telling feature, although initially subtle was the eyes. The Lord Holder had bright metallic red-orange eyes. Every other alien that she had witnessed, though admittedly these were few, had possessed metallic yellow eyes.

Why were his eyes red she wondered? Was there something significant to their eye colour or was it like blue and brown and green eyes in her own species? Simply a colour variation? It was hard to say. But one thing was certain. The Lord Holder had stared at her with some form of interest and now she wondered what that could mean?
