The wedding took place six weeks later, and the honeymoon was at the cabin. My boss called me a cheap skate for not taking his daughter on a proper honeymoon. But he knew that we both fought so hard between us to get the cabin just right, and everyday we are there it will always be our honeymoon. Lacey and I have one strict rule that we always keep. The weekends belong to us and no mention of work ever crosses the door of the cabin. It may have started out being Lacey's dream place. However I guess when she started this project she never thought she would end up with a husband to keep her company there as well.

mrdata97704 months ago(12/30/2023) Okay, I had a good suspicion that she was the boss's daughter and I was a bit befuddled with her request that first night at his apartment. It seemed more comedic than romantic. But you were able to put all the required pieces together and make the story work. Great ending. One look and the shrew was tamed. Five stars from me.
