"Luke please!" Olivia panted, her eyes were filled with love for him, more love than she had even thought she could have. Lucas just smiled warmly and continued his exploration of her body. Their eyes met when his lips reached her lower abdomen, the hand that was still playing with her nipple slid down her body and pressed gently to her abdomen. The look on Olivia's face made Lucas smile softly before he kissed her belly and again continued his trail of kisses, stopping only when his lips found the finger that was buried deep within her. Olivia cried out and arched her hips up when Lucas delved his tongue deep within her. "Luke!" Olivia gasped, the sensations were nearly unbearable, but Lucas just smiled and continued to tease, determined to take things slow. Finally, when neither could stand it any longer, Lucas thrust into her; Olivia cried out and arched against him as she wrapped her legs around his waist and met him thrust for torturous thrust. Lucas kept her on the edge of cumming and finally, neither of them could contain their passion any longer and their lovemaking turned from slow and gentle to hard and fast. Olivia's breath came in shallow pants, her eyes closed and she dug her fingers into his back as she approached the point of no return. Lucas moaned as Olivia clenched around him and gave a hoarse shout as his cum spurted deep within her. His release triggered hers and she screamed loudly as her body convulsed. Lucas lowered his head to hers and kissed her gently as he held her. When their bodies stopped shaking, he rolled off of her, sat up and looked at her carefully. "Are you okay?" Lucas asked. Olivia smiled and nodded.
"I feel great," she murmured, glancing at her left hand.
"If you don't like it, we can exchange it," Lucas told her.
"It's beautiful Luke," Olivia murmured as the phone rang. Lucas grumbled but answered it. "What?" Olivia asked when he covered the speaker of the receiver.
"It's your mom," Lucas answered. Olivia swore under her breath and took the phone.
"Hi mom," Olivia said, smiled when Lucas reached for and squeezed her hand. Olivia sighed at her mother's question and paled when her father's voice came on the line. This was not how she wanted to tell her parents that she was indeed pregnant with Lucas' child.
"I was just calling to see how you're doing," Sara's voice was nervous as she looked at her husband from where he sat across the table.
"And to find out what the doctor said," Shawn added.
"We won't be angry with you Liv, you're a grown woman now and you've graduated from college," Sara chimed in.
"We love you Livvy," Shawn told his daughter. Olivia glanced at Lucas as he squeezed her hand.
"The test was positive, I am pregnant," Olivia said quietly. She heard her father swear loudly and winced. "I won't sit here and apologize, because I'm happier then I've been in a long time," Olivia added.
"How's Luke handling it?" Sara asked.
"I'm not sure, we honestly haven't had much time to discuss it. I shut down for awhile to think and Luke made some phone calls," Olivia admitted.
"Do you love him?" Shawn wanted to know.
"Yes," Olivia answered, shivered as Lucas began sucking on a distended nipple, his hand protectively hovered over her still flat abdomen.
"What's wrong?" Shawn asked.
"Nothing, just a little cool," Olivia lied, giving Lucas a dirty look. He grinned and moved to the other nipple. "Stop it," Olivia hissed.
"Stop what?" Sara asked, unable to keep the amusement from her voice.
"Tell Lucas to stop or I'll kick his ass," Shawn wasn't as amused. Olivia blushed again and relayed the message. Lucas rolled his eyes but stood up and took the dirty dishes into the kitchen.

Lucas looked up as Olivia walked into the kitchen, smiled when she wrapped her arms around him. "How'd it go?" Lucas asked.
"Dad's furious with you for getting me pregnant, but I think mom managed to calm him down. You'd better call Kelsey though before mom does," Olivia warned. Lucas stopped at that and Olivia giggled slightly, pulled away from him. "Luke, do you really love me?" Olivia's voice was soft, uncertain and he pulled her to him gently and kissed her.
"Olivia, I love you. I'm going to take care of you and our baby, I promise," Lucas told her.
"I didn't ask if you would take care of me and the baby, I asked if you love me," Olivia reminded him. Lucas growled lightly, lifted Olivia into his arms and carried her back into the bedroom. "What are you doing?" Olivia wanted to know.
"Showing you just how much I love you," Lucas replied, a look that was a mixture between innocence and deviousness in his eyes.

Olivia looked around nervously as she and Lucas waited in the doctor's office for the doctor to come in and speak with them. "Will you relax? What are you so fidgety about?" Lucas wanted to know.
"I carry the CF gene, which means that there is a twenty-five percent chance that the baby will have CF. If you don't have the gene, then we won't have to worry about CF again until the baby is old enough to have a baby of his or her own," Olivia reminded Lucas. Lucas sighed and nodded. He honestly wasn't sure if he carried the gene for Cystic Fibrosis or not; from what he was told, he was found in an old beat up laundry basket wrapped in a tattered and torn towel in the bathroom of a high school girl's bathroom and nobody stepped up as his mother or father and he'd become a ward of the state. He had been prone to a lot of ear and upper respiratory infections and was bounced between foster home and foster home until he was seven and Kelsey picked up his case file and convinced her husband to take him in.
The thought of his son or daughter having a life threatening illness that there was no cure for made him just as nervous as Olivia. It had been hard watching Sam die and he could only imagine how hard it had been for Sara, Olivia's mother; having to watch her brother and best friend succumb to the disease. He hoped that he could spare Olivia and her family that pain again.
They both looked up as Doctor Hemp, the general practitioner they had seen a few weeks before walked into the office, followed by another doctor. "Olivia, Lucas, this is Doctor Ambrose, she's the other doctor in the practice. She will be working with you on a regular basis from now on," Doctor Hemp said.
"Why? What's wrong?" Olivia wanted to know. Lucas squeezed her hand.
"Nothing's wrong with the pregnancy as far as we can tell and you seem strong and healthy. I just don't usually handle obstetric cases unless I have to. Doctor Ambrose has delivered most of the babies in this little town and the next town over," Doctor Hemp assured them.
"And the result of the blood work to see if I'm a carrier?" Lucas asked, not sure he wanted to hear the answer. Doctor Ambrose pulled up a chair and sat down in front of Lucas and Olivia.
"Why did you request being tested for the CF marker?" she asked curiously.
"My Uncle died of it before I was born," Olivia said softly.
"The baby was unplanned, and I have no idea of any of my medical history, I was found in the bathroom at a high school when I was a few hours old," Lucas added. Doctor Ambrose gave a small, sad smile.
"I'm sorry for both of you, it seems like you've had some difficult things in your lives and the lives of your families and I really wish I could give you better news, but Lucas, the blood test results show that you carry the gene for Cystic Fibrosis," Doctor Ambrose told them as gently as she could. Olivia's head spun and if she hadn't been sitting, probably would have passed out. Lucas closed his eyes and wanted to tear the room apart.
"What about the baby?" Olivia asked finally.
"We have two options. We can do an amniocentesis when you're nearing the end of your fifth month, however, there is a chance of a miscarriage or you can wait until the baby is born," Doctor Ambrose answered.
"How high of a chance?" Lucas wanted to know.
"It's very small, about six hundredths of a percent," Doctor Ambrose said. She gave them both a compassionate smile. "Go home, get some rest, take some time to think it over. You have some time before you have to decide and please remember that the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is making some great advancements with CF research and treatments every day and that even if your baby has CF, there is a good chance that there could be some wonderful treatments and hopefully even a cure in his or her lifetime," Doctor Ambrose added. She glanced at Doctor Hemp and both women left the office quietly.
