I just chuckled, "Well we have 10 days to find another chance to go at it." Both girls giggled in agreement.

Who the hell is Jane? You can't keep your characters straight. If this is a re-write, was yours to begin with? There are a ton of other typos as well. Maybe you should enlist an editor.
